Spencer's was great! Jessica provided outstanding customer service each and every time I called. ?? I called multiple times because I was just shopping around. I loved having finance options so I didn't have to throw off my budget too much with the unexpected repairs. You guys are excellent! Thank you!

I called to see how much to diagnosis my stalling issue they told me about $150 or so I don't recall but it was reasonable so I took it up there they hook up to it then told me there where a number of codes so I will need to give them $500 just to look at it i declined and took it to a shop in denton they didn't require anything upfront and the total repairs where $400
I am not saying anything about there abilities just there character

My wife and I have availed ourselves of the services at Spencer’s since we moved to Texas over a year ago. The technicians are nonpareil and are happy to spend time showing and explaining issues that give the customer great confidence that the problems presented will be corrected with perfection. It is a streamlined operation with a family atmosphere that follows up after the appointment. That makes me feel good!

Used like this place a lot thought they were reliable, instead they are just lazy and want to price gouge a diagnosis because they felt like they knew more about my car from looking at it year prior.. A mother walks in with her child, her ac is not working properly and having an issue with the front end, she is told the diagnostic with 450$ instead of the original 99$

This is the second time I have used Spencer’s . They performed a complete servicing on my car , all belts , fluids ,filters, front end alignment , and plugs . One day service, was asked if I would need a loner car, was kept informed of progress and there were a couple of items found they asked me what I wanted to do with those before proceeding and how much it would cost. The whole process was easy , reasonably priced , and they are very friendly .
I recently moved here from Lewisville and had used another auto shop for yrs so I was skeptical at first, but so happy I chose to come to Spencer’s will definitely be returning here.

Love this place. They run a thorough inspection on your vehicle and send you a comprehensive assessment of what's going on with it. I enjoy that they have a texting option because I hate talking on the phone. I like that I'm able to pay via online through a link they send you and can pick my vehicle up after hours. For someone like me, these are very important practices for a business to have. They are always extremely courteous so I'm sure that an in person experience would be just a nice. They do have a financing option, for those who qualify, through Synchrony/Care Credit (if im not mistaken) . Anyways, Thank you to my service writer Brian, Rachel for checking in, and the mechanic(s) who fixed my vehicle.

Auto repair is something i truly dread, however the experience I had a Spencer's was such a carefree and painless process I will never go anywhere else. Not only did they proven above average service they provide me with a loaner car and financed my repair. If you are ever in need of auto repair SPENCER'S is the provider you should go to.

They are fair, check everything and make recommendations if needed but not pushy about getting it done but may urge something like brakes. I haven’t used it but in some cases they offer financing. Friendly, let you know when they are having specials. All around place to go for automotive needs

My truck broke down and I was stranded. I was able to finally get someone to tow me to the shop late that night and obviously they were closed so a hope and a prayer was all I could do to keep my composure. I filled out the form, left my keys in it and dropped it in the night dropbox. The next morning I got a phone call and discussed the problem that I had and what the vehicle was doing. I was given a step-by-step account before any work was done when agreed-upon what work was going to be done they started immediately and let me know step-by-step what was happening with my vehicle. They were quick and informative and very thorough. Within a few days I’ve had multiple problems fixed and I was back on the road. This is probably the fastest service and most polite service I’ve ever had. I will definitely use them in the future and may God bless them. I am so thankful I found this place!

I brought my girlfriend’s Tahoe here due to an oil leak. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jessica, she made me feel valued since the moment I walked in. They even offered me a loan car for my convenience, & they had the Tahoe ready before the end of the day! The owner Rachel was also there, & she asked me if everything turned out okay. Great experience overall, & I will definitely bring both of our vehicles here moving forward. Thank you!
