“The property isn't bad the lady that runs it is nice....but she struggles to bill you correctly. Thanksgiving day (today) we were harassed about our bill not being paid, we paid it the day it was due; my wife had to show her proof and then we had to explain how monthly billing works. We seriously had to explain that August to November was 4 payments not 5. I'm not sure if she is having trouble with billing due to age or just inability, but I do not think it is an intentional that she tries to collect more than is due.”

“I have been utilizing the Krum Storage for several years. I started around 2009. I have had nothing but good service from the personnel there, as well as the units are easily accessible and clean when you sign up to rent. My relation with Casey, the manager there now, has been great. She asists with any and all request you might have. She is a Jewel. The site may be a little out of the town Krum, however it is worth using as you will be taken care of.”
