They are a bunch of money hungry office. That they keep adding a whole bunch of false charges. Don't just walk away but run....

This vet is hands down the absolute WORST vet I have ever been to in my life. My boyfriend and I have a fearful/aggressive dog and this was the only vet we’ve been to, who seemed to care. Starting off I had to pay $40 to speak to Dr. Lee over the phone. She tried to only have a 5 minute conversation but I spoke to her for about 40 minutes to get my moneys worth. The day of the appointment they tried to get us to spend $800 for a handful of things. I had let 3 people in the office know that we were only going to treat her ears and get her up to date on rabies. I signed the paper after talking to the vet tech and we agreed to only do those two things. After 5 minutes of taking my dog to the back they came back in the room and let me know that they had to put my dog under anesthesia. About 15 minutes pass and Dr. Lee comes storming into the room and started screaming at me and actually got in my face. She was telling me that she wasn’t going to spend time with us again unless we did everything in one visit. I explained to her that we were planning on making another appointment in about a week and a half to finish the rest of the things my dog needed. After trying to be respectful to Dr. Lee she managed to raise her voice at me and get in my face for the second time. After that I lost it. This vet made me so emotionally distraught because of her actions that I had to leave the office. The front desk girl had mentioned to me that nobody ever stands up to Dr. Lee and that apparently she talks to many people this way. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee and her staff! I desperately needed a visit the same day due to my pet not doing well at all. I originally went to another vet close to home first thing in the morning and was not given answers. They were able to get me in the same day for a second opinion and I received answers! Not only did I receive answers, but I received help for my pet. I am beyond grateful for their time, fitting me into their busy schedule, their help, and advice. My pet is already looking better from when I brought him in. Thank you Dr. Lee and all the staff!!! :)

They were very and allowed us to help interact with our fluff to keep her calm. Our dog is very scared of new people touching her especially if we are not with her so it was nice they let us help hold her while she was treated. Also the rooms are very nice and very large which we liked. Staff was very clear and informative with what they needed and did call to follow up on the progress a few days later.

Dr. Lee at Krum Vet provided exceptional care for our beloved Lucy. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that Dr. Lee and the entire staff prioritize the well-being of their furry patients. Dr. Lee's expertise, compassion, and dedication to providing the best possible care truly stood out. Lucy received personalized attention and treatment that exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to have found such a reliable and caring veterinary clinic. Five stars for Krum Vet and Dr. Lee!

Awful place!!!!! I am only giving them one star because of the groomer Teresa. She is the ONLY good thing about this place! My dog passed away a few years ago and after repeated calls to remove her from the mailing list they finally did,but I still get emails. Also, my father, who is a disabled Vietnam veteran and on a very fixed income, he was charged $700 for an X-ray and inhouse tests to tell him his dog was dying. Granted, that did include a couple of cans of their special food, there is no way he should have been charged that! There's much more I could share but won't waste anymore of my time.
