I have been utilizing the Krum Storage for several years. I started around 2009. I have had nothing but good service from the personnel there, as well as the units are easily accessible and clean when you sign up to rent. My relation with Casey, the manager there now, has been great. She asists with any and all request you might have. She is a Jewel. The site may be a little out of the town Krum, however it is worth using as you will be taken care of.

We have rented an air conditioned storage locker and it was clean, well maintained. We also rented UHaul trucks. They are super helpful. I highly recommend them

Krum Self Storage has the best customer service. Everyone is always so kind and helpful and I’ve had storage with them for 4 years. I highly recommend them if you need somewhere for storage!

Krum self storage has provided us with amazing service. The facility is well maintained. They also do regular checks around our camper to ensure our property secured. Shawna and Casey provide excellent customer service, they are friendly and detailed in all communication. We are thankful we found a storage facility that treats our property as if it was their own. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

One of the VERY BEST self-storage options in Denton County, and all of North Texas! Facility is secure, very clean, & always well maintained. Never had any issues. Prices are GREAT, and they don't raise them by insane amounts every few months like the "big box" storage places. And the Manager, Casey, is always so polite & super easy to work with! Always goes above & beyond!

Best place for your off site possessions. The manager is the BEST EVER!!! Ensures all storage and vehicle spaces are checked regularly and if there is something wrong; our RV was beeping inside-hubby left keys in our storage room lock, we are called! WHO DOES THAT!
