The property isn't bad the lady that runs it is nice....but she struggles to bill you correctly. Thanksgiving day (today) we were harassed about our bill not being paid, we paid it the day it was due; my wife had to show her proof and then we had to explain how monthly billing works. We seriously had to explain that August to November was 4 payments not 5. I'm not sure if she is having trouble with billing due to age or just inability, but I do not think it is an intentional that she tries to collect more than is due.

The place is easily accessible, clean and reasonably priced.
