Yesterday my boyfriend and I went in to grab snacks. We were browsing the makeup isle and casually talking when this worker rudely said “can I help yall find something” I said no thank you and went back to shopping. She continued to follow only me around the store and keep making faces and staring at me. I assume accusing me of stealing. Not only did it make me uncomfortable but my boyfriend asked to leave. I may also assume the way I was being treated was racially motivated, my bf is white and she didn’t give him a second look. I go in this store a lot since I’m local and it’s always the same couple of women treating me like I’m a thief. We quickly checked out and left, I was genuinely scared she was going to call the cops on us. Living in a majority white town will always bring racists, but this was uncalled for. Can I not do normal things without being accused of stealing?

Krum Texas parking lot is a disgrace. Deep pot holes that my car bottoms out on. Will not go back until repaired.

First and last time I will be coming here. Both the cashier and manager were rude. Cashier seemed like she was having a bad morning and didn't want to communicate. Manager acted like she didn't care that the Cashier was rude when I brought it to her attention.

Most of there prices are wrong, and by that I mean it might say 2.25 on the shelf but when you check out it will ring up 3.90. which I don't mind to pay it but if that's what it says that's what you should pay.

The stores never stock items. You can't even get through isles because there is so much unstocked items in the way. I did an order on app, said item was in stock and it wasn't. This store and all Denton county is a joke.

I have to watch every item that is rung up because things are being rung up wrong,sale prices are not put in computer. Went in there today and had a sale sign saying green dot items are buy 1get 1half price..I told the man cashier and he rung up all items and told me total price. I asked if 1 rang half price and he said no I have never seen anything saying that about a green dot. I said there is a sign and he said where is it? Told him and he went back there and didn’t find it so he told me he was going to do it but next time I need to get a manager to approve that Before I come to check out! Really !,,, I felt like he was calling me a liar! He said he had been working there 1 1/2 years and they have never done a green dot. Well I have shopped there since they have opened and they have done green dots and yellow dot sales! Very poor customer service! Store has boxes of merchandise every where in isles,maybe if dollar general stores would hire more people attitudes would change.

Literally 45 mins to buy one item today. There was one employee in the entire store, and he was checking people out and so worried about filling up freaking birthday balloons. This company sucks.

It won't allow me to give half a star, so I will give one. When something happens once or maybe even twice, I consider that a fluke and don't really expect it to happen again, but it has over and over again and I'm fed up. When a sign on the shelf under the item says __price, (and I've checked the UPC code and description from the actual label), I expect to get that price...but that's not what occurs on Saturday mornings when Vicky is working. I watch the register price being rung up closely because I have routinely been overcharged for 'sale' items.And when the cashier asks for her to come fix the mistake she argues about the price and makes the situation so hostile that you just want to get your things and get out because of the long line behind you. She had 4 employees there this morning and only 1 cashier and a line of customers...Someone needs to reach her what sale prices are and how to treat customers. And when someone buys something that is HALF OFF of $25.00 the price isn't $15.00. I don't know what kind of fuzzy math' that is, but it doesn't add up... Make the drive into Denton and lessen the stress (and abuse), trust me you'll be better off.

It doesn't exactly seem the cleanest, and the employees aren't always very kind, depending on who it is, but overall, I like this store. Easy to navigate for the most part, and the cashiers are usually respectable.
