“In and out in less than 20 minutes. Got the entire battery swapped with no questions asked. Also got an additional warranty on the replacement batter which is good for another three years. Zero $$ paid out of the pocket. Cannot ask for more! Mr. Lee Dollar (Sales Associate also in the picture) knows what he is doing. Excellent service. I am not shopping anywhere around with my vehicle needs.”
“I brought my almost new 2023 EV in for extensive hail damage repair, and everyone at Carstar was polite, fast, and helpful! They told me it would take about 4 weeks, but ended up finishing the repairs even faster AND it looks good as new! We got a detailed walkthrough around the vehicle after the repairs and reassurance that the work is warrantied. Can’t ask for better!”
“My alternator died on me and I checked prices at the auto parts store and said nope to that. I removed my alternator and asked my wife to drop it off for me while I was at work. DC Starter calls me about the same time I got off work and I was able to ride my bicycle over to them and pick it up on my way home. For less then half the price of a rebuild alternator from NAPA i’m up and running again. Great service and good people at DC Starter. They even took the time to tell me what they replaced and why. I very much appreciate the service they provide.”
