I've taken 3 vehicles in to this place. First one they replaced parts I didn't authorize and it still didn't fix the problem. Second vehicle was several years later and they kept it for 6 weeks. And it still had issues i had to fix on my own. Third one was a transmission that had no forward gears. I had it towed to their shop and told them I wanted the transmission rebuilt. Milton quoted me one price. Michelle bumped that up $200 then asked me what I was going to be hauling with it. I said basic f250 stuff and she then told me to be honest with her as if I have ever been dishonest with her. I get it. She's in the business of up selling and she was trying to up sell me on more service. She told me she would call me when they were ready to tear into it and I was to bring her half the money to front. It sat in the same spot for 2 weeks until I called her and told her I was just going to take it somewhere else. She then told me it was going to be a $97 diagnostic fee even though the truck hasn't moved and there was nothing to diagnose. I brought it in to have the transmission rebuilt. Shady business practices all the way around. Don't recommend this place. Michelle is nice until you drop the car off then her whole demeanor changes.

Paid 1700 plus for a water pump repair on a ford edge. Car constantly shuts off after running AC. Left two voicemails. Shady business practice. Michelle said everything is good and runs great, yet will not return the voice message. Stay Away. Shame. They will LOL your hard earned cash and say FU. Loller your money away. To top it off the windshield wiper fluid sprayer doesn’t work. Just a bad mistake on my part for going to this establishment.

I Brought my car up there to get the water pump replaced. When I went to go get it my car will not start and it will not stay running all my dashlights are blinking my gauges dropped and until I brought my car to this shop I've never had these issues in the 4 years that I have owned it. I do not recommend anybody to bring their vehicle there
