Fairly easy rental process, however, spaces advertised as open RV spaces have no electrical connection. They are just parking spaces. We will be moving out as soon as we locate a more suitable location.
EDIT: It turns out there are large covered RV spaces available here. However, they do not show up on the website as available. We looked at both mobile and desktop browsers for the Highway 69 location.

My Garage self storage is a great place to store your 5th wheel or boat or anything really I have stored our 5th wheel there and never had any problems. I used the one located on HWY 69 kountze tx.

Gate code did not work and it took hours to get a hold of manager. Site is gravel and broken bricks scattered around. I do not recommend.

Today is 4-29-2023, I tried getting into the gate but I couldn't get access. The gate did not open. I needed my boat.

We have had our RV in this storage for over two years. Original owner sold it and the new owner could care less. We have some security issues they are not addressing and the spots near our camper holds water everytime it rains. A little attention and all of this could be avoided. I have called and not received any response.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, I've been trying to get in touch with them for a week to try and rent a space, they don't answer their phone, they don't return messages, and they don't respond to emails, the 5 star ratings on their site are from when it was owned by an individual and named Hardin County Boat & RV Storage, they answered their phone and were great, apparently this new company bought them out, maybe they're full and don't need or want new business.
