I love this place, the two people that run this store are exceptionally friendly and compassionate. They actually fixed a stuck component in my phone for free. Aside from that act of kindness, they have good services and products on sale.

Such great and ABOVE and BEYOND customer service here. Owner Patricia facetimed with me ... and over the holidays even ... to make sure I was up and running. The staff at the Klein location are patient and kind. Highly recommend.

I visited the store almost 3 weeks ago and returned here to extend my gratitude for excellent and VERY professional service. Logan was very helpful in fixing my laptop which needed a repair. He did a quick work efficiently and went above and beyond. He is very kind, professional and diligent in his work. I would recommend this store.

Fast and efficient!Long story short, I Took my iMac into the Apple store and they jacked it up. My computer wouldn’t even recognize the operating system and therefore my computer was completely out of commission.Brought it to Experimax and nothing short of exceptional work!Computer is now working smoothly. No issues whatsoever.Short story long, my computer was running a little bit slow and I just wanted a diagnosis. The tech at the Apple Store suggested that I reset the computer to factory mode so they did. Apple store tech kept saying that he didn’t know why the process was taking so long and that it was abnormal and kept blaming it on the date of my computer. After an hour, or so, I brought my computer home and I was not able to use my computer all together. I only brought my computer to the Apple Store because I was impatient and did not want to wait 24 hours before Experimax opened and the Apple store was free to diagnose.Well, this is a prime example of you get what you pay for …AND patience is definitely a virtue!From now on, I will purchase an Apple product anytime, but what I will not do is take it into the Apple store for service and will only bring it to Experimax.I know there’s a chance that it was bad luck of the draw dealing with the Apple store, but I am definitely jaded due to the fact that I brought my computer in for one simple thing and left with a completely different issue that left me in a worse position as it resulted in the delay of my work getting to my clients and the techs kept pushing me to upgrade.Lesson learned.

With one hour to go before closing time, I entered the store with a broken phone on Saturday. The repairman said he would attempt to replace the screen but if it didn’t work, there would be no charge. I did need to replace mine. He was very helpful, polite and courteous to me which I so much appreciated. I will continue using this store for ALL my IT needs.

Do not do Repairs here!!!! They promise you new parts and next day repair that was not the case. I had to pay in advance for a ‘brand’ new monitor which I have no problem. Then wait for 3-4 days to come in. After which they did the repair and got no call when it was ready. I had to call and walk to the store to get my laptop. When I got there I was quoted beforehand on the labor they jacked the price $40 more and claims they gave me that price initially. This was a total lie! They finally gave me the price I was promised but then I got my laptop. The so ‘brand’ new monitor was all scratched up and from a 3rd party recycled company for part. The lied in my service and on the parts/labor. When I called up the place since the manager was not in, they make claims that they called me numerous of times for pick up and said they ordered in a new monitor. The picture below says otherwise. Again I will not recommend them for repairs, nor will I come back.

Great service! My husband and I were in desperate need of new MacBooks.. Alan and Logan took great care of us. Transferred my old DVD's to my laptop and seamlessly moving all of our old data to our new laptops. They were informative and not pushy at all. So kind and so helpful ... the whole experience was fun and easy. Highly recommend this shop!

These guys are the best! Every time we go there they are super helpful family very knowledgeable they really care about what you need and don't just try to push you to purchase. Their prices are great and we couldn't be happier ....really made everything easy and stress-free! Plus it was great working with Alan and Logan they are top notch.
