Where did the ATM go? How do you justify removing an ATM? It's the most used feature of present day banking.

The worst Chase Bank location. One teller servicing drive tru and walk-ins while other are pacing back and forth. I am second in line and I waited almost 20 minutes then walked out. I will avoid this location, worst location and worst customer service. AVOID!!!

This location actually makes me want to switch banks. No customer service, when you ask a question they can't give it to you, no thanking of using them to do business. Looking at other banks to switch my money to.

Not impressed. Not at all. I was directed here by a Chase branch in Dallas. I needed to complete some paperwork, provide my signature and have that document notarized due to a family account that was being opened. I had an appointment and showed up at the designated time. The employee I worked with was initially on the rude, defensive side until his bank manager must have told him to be otherwise. Since I was providing a signature for a family account that had my name on it, I presumed I would be called a "Chase customer." Not really, though. Let me explain: Without a Chase ATM card, you're hard-pressed to do much with Chase. Only after a lengthy explanation that I was coming here to be part of an account creation did the employee "waive" the ATM card requirement. Since this document was being notarized (employee was a notary), I figured that I could get something else notarized while I was here. This separate document actually has to do with the Chase account, as it was a release from a different bank enabling money to be transferred to Chase. Oh, no, I'm told, since I'm not a "Chase customer," then they can't notarize that document. Woah . . . I was blown away. That is, of course, until I put up a fuss and he checked with his manager, who ultimately authorized it. Despite me completing all of this paperwork, I had to make a separate appointment to get the account to show up on the Chase app on my phone. After monkeying around for quite a while with a different employee during my second appointment, the account still wouldn't show up on the app. He finally admitted that it was a "Chase problem." I walked out after more than a half hour with nothing resolved. Waste of time. All this begs me to wonder why, ultimately, I should keep any of my money here. As I stated in the beginning, not impressed. Not at all.

The bank would not let me cash a savings bond with them because my account was opened 2 months prior. Completely Ignored the fact that my wife and I had been customers of Chase for years, but just opened a new joint account after getting married. Got penalized for choosing to open a new joint account with the bank we trusted. I realize thats not a policy purely of this branch and more of Chase in general, but none of the tellers told me that until after they had marked all over my bond...

Worst customer service I have ever had. I came to open a new business account and was never greeted, never acknowledged and sat in the waiting area for 30 min to be told that I need an appointment to open an account. This bank just lost a customer and I’m thinking of moving my personal account to another bank also.

I used this bank for almost 15 years and have recently decided to switch banks because the new staff is very rude, unapproachable, and ignorant when it comes to basic banking knowledge i.e. trusts,. Etc. This bank has always been wonderful in the past.

Im going to share my experience at this location. So today I walked in to bank for the second time to change my name on account. First time I was told that system was down and couldn’t change it. Long story short, I walked in and I see no one at front door to welcome me. That’s wired cause I didn’t see any security either. Anyway after waiting about 5 min, someone passed by and while walking asked if he could help me, I told him that I need to change name and also deposit cash and he said he was a business advisor and basically wasn’t able to change name but teller can help with deposit! That was a lot of information. I had no idea teller can deposit cash!I got my last name changed after waiting about 45 minutes because nobody could figure out how to change a simple last name.Since I was waiting there for enough time to pay attention to other stuff going on at this bank, I noticed that this people didn’t have answer for any of customers. Guy next to me asked a question and I heard he said “you don’t sound very sure about it, where can I find a manager to ask her/him?And also another elderly woman had a question regarding a charge on her account and she was told different answers…Looks like no one got trained to work at this location.

EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! Business customers wait an excessive amount of time. I sit and watch several cars pull up and leave and I still haven’t moved.
