Only giving one star because you have to. The lady at first told my husband they couldn't change our oil because it's a Ford, we've always gad our oil done at a Dodge dealership. Finally a mechanic agreed they could. He took it in for the change where they said they used full synthetic after checking it it is NOT full synthetic like he paid for!! It also took over roughly 2 hours for them to do!! Not once have I ever had it take more than an hour even when my previous place told me they were running behind. They also upcharged him quite a bit compared to the prices at O'Reilly when he compared. I understand they have to make money as well, but over 130 for an oil change is just insane!!! Not to mention they had it in the back for roughly 2 hours and didn't even completely drain it, as upon my husband inspecting it, found it is still black on the bottom. I'll NEVER spend another penny here, nor will I recommend anyone else does either!!!

Got car work done here. Not really impressed, car sat in lot for weeks without any movement, and any conversations with employees led to gaslighting. If you want to be lied to constantly, come here.
