Had 2 blowouts and call everywhere around buna, kirbyville and silsbee and no auto had the specific tired I need and Patrick’s Auto had it!!!! Customer service was also phenomenal. Much appreciated Patrick’s auto.

Traveling home from Louisiana I broke down on the outskirts of Kirbyville. Thankfully by a sweet couple's home and they helped me to the nearest O'Reillys where it was discovered my alternator was out. They referred me to Patricks and they did not hesitate to say bring on down we will get you going. They had me in and out from start to finish in less than an hour. Great customer service and not too pricey. I highly recommend this place!!

Patrick's Auto served us well once again. A young family member was involved in wreck. Patricks' was there to put our families needs and concerns at ease. They took over relieving family tend our loved one while they delivered the wrecked vehicle without any question or issues. They were very pleasing in a time of crisis, and as always Patrick added his own personal commitment to his customers/clients/community reaching out and following up on the well being of our loved one. This kind of customer service is untouchable and unmatched. 10/10 on customer satisfaction!! We love and appreciate Patrick's Auto
