very unfriendly, wait time is forever and worse of all the lady was smoking while doing our taxes and I'm allergic so I was sick as a dog the whole tim! Will never be back!

Lummus Business has been preparing my income tax for 30+ years. They are very friendly and will work to get the max back. I used a commercial agency wide tax rep and was paying every year., Mrs Charlotte looked at my organizational system and showed me how to keep receipts. She was able to show why I was paying and helped me to get a refund. I was audited 3 years. I paid for 2 years and I even had a 0.61 cent overpayment that Equaled to be a dollar. I was Soo happy.

My family has used mrs judy for years...we love her! Excellent friendly service and she makes you feel like you're at home in her office. She does her best to get you the max back.
