I love going to QT! The employees at this location have really good attitude toward customers. They are really sweet. But the only thing about this location is that the frostie machine doesn't work. And the only thing close to frosties are their smoothies.

The only issue I have is the traffic that cuts through this location. The entrance on the back end needs to be closed off there were speed bumps added but it is an issue for those of us that actually patronize this business.

The worker by the name of Alexa is just plain rude. Just stands there and stares or gives rude remarks to customers who's orders weren't made or things where there was a mistake on. I don't recommend visiting this place for anything except gas. Maybe travel further down the road to a different QT. I'm never going here again, I'd rather stick to the one on Blanco/410.

On Friday I went to fill gas at pump #12, and the cashier made a mistake and put it at pump #2 and today they don't want to return the money back. They are stealing more than $30 from me. That is a robbery. I didn't make a mistake. cashier was the one who made the mistake

Worst location. They're Lucky isn't any other gas stations around. Never has any mack n cheese up n ready. Tea is always out. Rude serviceUpdate was gonna give 2 or 3 stars but got down road and tea was almost pure water lol times are rough but really? Cutting the tea on us

The service here is garbage. the clerk that had helped me (wears glasses) I believe he was The store manager I’m not sure he acted like he was the manager but anyways I needed Cash back and I understand It can get busy and they try to rush through people but come on I asked For $5 cash back and it never asked me on the pin pad I wouldve Specifically put 5. Instead he gives me $25 back. Of course I’m there confused and he then tells me well I already put the transaction through, and that I shouldve paid attention better. And after I tell Him I specifically told you $5 you’re rushing through people and got it mixed up. And then wants to tell me to “get myself out the store”. He didn’t even bother trying to fix it when I know He couldn’t, but it’s the way he went about it was irritating. He must not like his job that much.

I just want to mention that the main reason why I like going to this QT is they have this assistant manager name Raquel and she is the sweetest lady and super efficient. She can run the front registers by herself. I've seen that place be packed and she can do it all on her own. She's an excellent multitasker. She's very friendly and nice to all her customers.This lady always greets me with a big smile. I always feel like recognition should be given when it's due and it's definitely due. I feel like she's a great asset to the company and if you're ever in the area stop at this QT and give Raquel a big hello !!!

The guy who is working at 2:15 am. on Sunday 11/05/2023 should call his Mgr. or Corp. cuz everything is broken. We couldn't use the restrooms, get coffee, or ice. Looks like anything he needs to clean is OUT OF ORDER.The whole time, he's just playing on his ph. Even had the nerve to sigh when we were ready to check out. Maybe the problem is in his mirror.

RAQUEL has what the world is looking for in customer service. I decided to give this location another chance. I use to visit this location every morning before my morning walk but the customer service changed to say the least over time. This young lady has changed my mind. I will star coming back.
