Two days in a row I arrived and was dissatisfied. First day there was a glob of something in the drain and second there was no tops for my cups for me to drink. Tops are essential for the cups they serve. The fountains needs to stay clean at all times and no excuses.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! This QT location needs to stop serving breakfast if they’re not going to serve fresh food to customers! The one on the corner of Foster Road and I-10 always has the freshest breakfast sandwiches. This morning at 5a.m. I bought one from this location for the first AND last time! When I got to work and started to eat it, I could tell that it was old! Then to top it off the Black guy what shorts and rude and I had to ask him for my receipt! Much better service and higher quality food at the location on Foster Road and I- 10! Whomever manages this one needs to be fired!

Buddy with glasses at 12:10 on 10/3/25. Showed up 5 mins till put beers on the counter said nothing put it away after seeing me and didnt say anything until he locked it up. Worst customer service from a guy I thanked for working hard. Will never be back. Spend your money where they at least care about you.

Used to visit this QT once every few days, the quality has dropped severely in the last few months. Ice machines with one of four dispensers working, coffee regularly out of service, kitchen and cashier staff with a constant attitude, and to take the cake they are building another car wash when the money to build could have been spent to improve the lackluster if not embarrassing condition of the actual store.

The the QR code at the pump is so glitchy that you can't use QT pay and then when you go inside to try to do it the person at the register is rude and doesn't even understand what you're talking about!

We usually go to the QT on Foster Rd but yesterday we went to the one in Kirby. It was early morning, 5:40 am and all but one coffee machine was working. I'm talking about regular coffee. There were several people waiting in line to get coffee from this one machine. The milk containers were empty. There were about 6 empty containers. There weren't any stirs and barely any packets of diet sugar. The counters were dirty and the trash was full. I've known QT to be always clean n ready for its customers.

I used to love this location, but it down every morning I go to work. It’s the closest one. They never have coffee if they do the machines doesn’t work you can’t get ice so how are you supposed to get a fountain drink? They only have one staff member overnight in majority of them is females no security. Needs new management r something

None of the coffee machines are working, and the ones that are don’t have anything but water. Floors are sticky and dirty everywhere. Never coming back here.

I love going to QT! The employees at this location have really good attitude toward customers. They are really sweet. But the only thing about this location is that the frostie machine doesn't work. And the only thing close to frosties are their smoothies.
