Jonathan was so helpful! He should definitely get a raise or promotion. I was probably there for a good three hours maybe more and he patiently and kindly help me set up my new phone, transferred everything over for me, even helped me change my email for my iCloud which had been a bad email for years now, and helped me transfer my very old Apple Watch to my new phone. Plus a slew of other things I needed done. I came in with a laundry list of things I needed done and I left with everything done and a smile on my face!

I had lost my previous phone to water damage, went to the store nervous about the recovery process with my brand new phone. Worked with Jonathan Crear and Peyton Shelton to get everything restored. They were great to work with and went above and beyound to get my phone set up exactly how I last had it. They were very helpful and I recommend this store to everyone!

The standards of Verizon are seriously slipping. I've been with Verizon for well over 20 years. We came in to exchange an old phone for a new phone. The guy in the store told us to "just bring the old one back to us and we will take care of it". When I came back today, despite 6 people being on duty doing nothing, I was told I needed to take care of it myself, and everyone looked at me like I had a third eye in my forehead. So much for customer service.

My mother went into this store a couple of weeks ago and was disappointed in the service she received. She felt intimidated and not like an important customer (that she has been for many, many years). I came into town to go into the store with her and make sure she was taken care of properly. We worked with Danyelle and she was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond, which was the complete opposite of the service my mother received on her first visit from another employee.So, technically, my 5 stars are for Danyelle. She is a great asset to this store.

Went in store due to difficulties while porting number from former carrier, Mr.Charles was super helpful, but most importantly patient and knowledgeable. Very thankful for the help and knowledge while assisting with my particular situation!

Great experience and very helpful. Mr Butros has a wide inner tech knowledge and how to connect phones to the network very well. He's got some tips and tricks to do it quickly. Guy's a whiz! AT&T nor T-Mobile staff near them have got no clue - I waited more than 30 mins to get a simple prepaid card and all they can say were "your phone does not connect here" or "we've got no SIM card" (even after saying they have it 30 mins before).Thank you Mr Butros - you deserve an award. Verizon's connectivity is great!

Went in to this store in January and was helped by Jose to switch over our family plan to a business plan. We had just gotten new phones and turned in 3 phones for a $700 credit each so I was worried about switching everything over and losing our credit. Jose called into Verizon and yep you will get an $1800 credit still on your bill so all is good! Great! Will take 4 months to show up. Hey you and your husband should get some new Apple watches too since you are getting back such a big credit! So 4 months goes by and nothing....so I call in to Jose and low and behold he says you were never getting an $1800 credit??? Obviously he didn't do his job and even put anything thru for us like he said he would. In his "notes" it says 700. Im like yes that was per phone x3 phones. You could clearly look up our old account and see this. So then he calls and says we will get a $750 credit on our account now. Well that was 2 months ago now and still nothing on our account. I have reached out and no response from him. I know there are other good people that work at this location, but I would just take note that they DO NOT stand by their word. Or I should say will say one thing and do another. I have had a phone w Verizon for the past 20 years...probably time for me to make a switch if they can't give me the credit they owe me.

I was at another location where a Verizon employee was assisting me he was so rude to me he treated me as if I wasn’t wanted there he was rude , nonchalant, and passive aggressive . I never had horrible customer service like this.I decided to go to the Kingwood location since it was near by and the moment I walked in Mr.Dereck & Mr.Charles was extremely helpful , kind , and so nice .They treated me with top notch customer service and they went above and beyond to assist me . I love this location those two are the best ! I will definitely be back
