Very very very patient and kind and know how to get the job done. The managers are doing a great job and demonstrated customer service and beyond. If it had not been for them today, I would have left verizo! For good after I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!!! But after the run around I have been through with not getting service in my home (where I work,) and how they waited patiently (for 2 hours with tech service over the phone) and worked out this problem I have been having for over a month! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! Great job guys!!!

Constant going back and forth with these people and then call center for a simple port out. I go to the store twice in one day for this issue, and it gets to the point where the store manager is arguing with another Verizon employee from another department he needed to speak with. I find it absolutely horrible how the situation was handled and do not fully trust this establishment. Thankfully I had the privilege of finding an old phone to port out. After five years of being a local Verizon customer I am so glad to be gone. The way I have had my issues handled at this location along with Verizon as a whole have been unacceptable.

Updated Review for Verizon – A Cautionary Experience
I initially chose Verizon based on their promise of a “free” phone offer. However, I later discovered that the cost of the device is being deducted monthly from my bill—contrary to what was advertised. To make matters worse, Verizon recently increased my monthly charges again, without clear explanation or prior notice.
This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. Ethical business practices should be the foundation of any company, especially one as prominent as Verizon. Instead, I received promotional emails offering “new solutions,” while the real issue—unauthorized charges and broken promises—remains unresolved.
If you were in my position, would you continue doing business with a company that failed to honor its word?
I hope Verizon takes accountability and restores trust with its customers.

I opened a new line for my business and was told there was a free phone offer included. I specifically asked, “Is the iPhone 15 really free?” and was told yes — it would be shipped to my home at no cost. However, after a short time, I started getting charged $20/month for the phone.
They fixed it once, but then the charge returned, and my bill went up again. I’ve reached out multiple times to my account manager, Maria, who has always helped me in the past — but this time, despite calls, messages, and emails, I’ve received no response.
It’s been months, and I’m still being charged $20 every month for a phone I was told would be free. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I hope someone from the company finally addresses this issue.

I recently switched from ATT to Verizon. The staff at Verizon were helpful and patient. The managers, Ray and Jonathan,,were helpful and knowledgeable. Adam was rhe representative who started my transfer. He gave me us the best price and worked with ATT to port our numbers. Although Adam, Ray, Jonathan and Peyton were knowledgeable, It took 6 or seven attempts (visits) to successfully port the numbers because of ATT delay. The town center store is a corporate store. Important!

They need to get something where you check in. So many people waiting that it is hard to keep up with what the order of customers is. Most importantly…have more people working! That would help immensely.
