I received a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement from friends after my dad passed away last week. Unbeknownst to Va Va Bloom my dad's favorite flower was blue hydrangeas and they had incorporated some in there! It was like getting a message from my dad ? Thank you for the gorgeous flowers ?

Submitted 3 areas of damaged item. Given as a Hostess gift. Called in yesterday to pay and picked up shortly afterwards. Absolutely shocked that the sales lady allowed a damaged item to be sold and given as a gift. Today, Saturday at 3:30 went to their store after calling multiple times which was unanswered to return. Door signage posted a 2:00 closing, but internet shows a 4:00 closing time. Nor, does their line have a voice mail. Very unhappy will never purchase another item without looking at it. Hostess will need to return item. Can't believe based on the 3 photos the store finds it acceptable to display and sell. Thought the store had higher standards.

I was very disappointed in funeral arrangement for 88 year old friend that I paid $344 for. I had sent a picture of the colorful cross I wanted and what I got was a pink and white cross half the size of picture I sent. It was appropriate for a girl child but NOT for an elderly woman. I called and expressed my disappointment and got no response or offer to adjust cost. Very disappointed!

It's not even Halloween but this place is decked out for Christmas. Awesome decorations and it smells just so Christmasy inside. Worker was super nice too.

A must shop!!!. From my experience, their superb merchandise within his store could, absolutely not, be better than this. I love the class, flare, taste. This may seem bizarre. However, Each item has its unique personality in it that just speaks to you.Admire the Angel i purchased. (See photo added)Thank you Va Va Bloom.
