Went into this store yesterday and was appalled at the way the brown haired lady was yelling at her fellow employees and then snapped at the gentleman who approached the counter. It seems like every time I come here, there is some drama going on with her. Sometimes, better prices aren't worth the grief.

I was in this location with my husband on Saturday (10/28) around 5ish or so and we witnessed the manager of this location, short woman with short brown hair, racially profiled two black women that entered her store. I witnessed her hold up a printed picture next to the faces of these women's to compare them. When the woman pointed out that the picture looked nothing like them, the manager doubled down and loudly proclaimed "you're going to tell me this isnt yall" while shoving the picture in their faces for them to see.She was very aggressive, accusatory, and disrespectful. There was another employee there that was clearly uncomfortable as she had stated numerous times to the manager that it was NOT the two girls who stole from them. The lady did not listen to her and continued to accuse the two women.We left at that point. It was pretty appalling the tone in which she spoke and how she shoved the paper around... unacceptable behavior from one of my favorite liquor stores.

Ready to grab my liquor at 10am. Because that’s when they say that they’re opening up. Well, I sat outside for a couple mins before wasn’t tripping. I’m 6 mins early. No problem. But then 10am hits and I get out my vehicle got to the door and nope. I’m wrong. Still locked. Okay. Maybe, clearly they’re not here yet. Once again. No problem. It happens but after a few more minutes. No sign of the person who opens the store today. Last time. No problem because it’s Friday and I’m not about to let you guys/gals waste my time when weekends aren’t always free or available to just be off. Anyways. Too bad for your company and a lost of purchases that could have happened. Oh, not for Specs though. They got that few hundred. And I’m still a happy customer just not from you all.

While Twin Liquors is a great chain in general, this has a great wine selection (which they specialize in) and a fantastic mixer selection (for my overly girly drinks). Great layout, good prices, as always.

This is a company that does not care about its employees or the people that shop there. They are willing to fire employees without reason. All around I would not recommend this place.

This place is awesome. The manager is always sweet and remembers I am military and gladly gives me a discount.There’s specs and total wine which have massive selections but this place has all the good stuff without being overwhelming and the staff is always quick to answer any questions.

Good selection of bourbons. Employees are friendly and in fact one is very knowledgeable about bourbons and steered me in the right direction. Prices seemed competitive. Like the smaller store feel than the superstore feel from the larger chains. Will go back or try another Twin's

To bad I can’t leave a 5 star review just want to give advice on customer service we came here & I understand the lady was stocking but when a customer is talking to you or asking questions you stop & talk to them cause they are there to spend money & you can finish stocking once you’ve helped that customer you don’t ever turn your back to a customer who does that? Who gone spend money there not us we went straight to Total Wine where employees actually look in your face along with giving great customer service & better prices thank you for sending us there.....
