This place is short of amazing, more than what I’m used to paying however when they got the black ring around my color from my hair dye I was beyond impressed. They brought my dress back to life. You definitely get what you pay for. The drive up service is amazing. This is definitely the new way of dry cleaning

SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!! $25 to clean one dress that cost $100 total rip off never go there again. $160 later nothings clean even the $25 dress that I paid for has stains on the front that weren’t there before I took it

This place is ridiculous. I was charged $66 - 20% when I complained. This was 4 pieces of clothing. When I ask why so expensive I was told there is an uncharged for every piece of clothing I left. I was not given this information when I dropped off. This is gauging the public and I Don't know why a business such as this is allowed to operate in the community. I’d give zero stars if I could. The people working were rude, and unhelpful. I took clothing in on nice hangers (it was my first time in) and when I picked up my clothes and asked where the hangers were, I was told they were thrown away! I asked why when I dropped my clothes off they didn’t inform me to take my hangers if I wanted them back. They had no response, were rude and unapologetic and just gave me nasty looks. It may seem silly to be upset over hangers, but I’m upset over the lack of communication and the fact that I felt like the employee was unapologetic nor admitting she could have handled the situation differently when clothes were dropped off! I will NEVER return to this store and will let everyone I know, know about the pathetic customer service you’ll receive here.
