Liked the grooming but pet stayed was not up to par dog came back with fleas and cried that first night back.

Wonderful family owned business! I spoke with Jennifer and they were so accommodating for my 2 large dogs. They have an extra large fenced in area for play, they offer boarding, grooming, & training; all around an amazing facility and staff!!! Highly Recommend!!! We had so much fun I forgot to take photos. ☺️

I took my dog to this location last july to be boarded while out of town for 2 weeks. I loved the service. The employees were amazing. They took great care of my dog. His breath smelled better he got a trim and his nails were trimmed. He looked like he had a spa day when I returned. I am using them all the time.

Booking was simple however how they charge for boarding is extremely odd and not conveyed very well in the boarding agreement. Boarding is $45. When i go to pick up my dog they say my total is $67? I was confused because no other boarding place is like this? They explained that you are charged a half day on pickup before noon and an entire day for pickup after noon. I asked to clarify if they open at 7am and I pick up at 7:01, I am still charged for an half day and they said yes? This was not explained when I confirmed pickup was anytime before 6pm. They explained it's like a hotel? But a hotel doesn't charge you unless you stay past check in? On top of that I left without being given her belongings and never explained that they would be on a shelf that I would have to grab myself on the way out, so I had to go back to pick them up.I can't say much about they provide, my dog when she got home immediately went outside and pottied for about 4 minutes straight and chugged entire bowl of water. I know this could have been from stress, but the entire process was less than satisfactory.
