They were amazing. I purchased my running boards from them and I love them they look so good. All 3 gentlemen that I dealt with were amazing. It is hard to find good customer service Nowadays. They went above and beyond. I had purchased my own running boards and they didn’t fit so I ended up having to purchase from them. They were kind enough to disassemble the running boards that I purchased and put them back in the package and tape the package back up and put it on the back of my truck, and even printed out the return label. This was beyond helpful and kind of them. I really recommend using them

I am sad to say that this company has really gone downhill, which seems to be a pattern in their recent reviews. I have been doing business here since 2012 and they have always been great. The last time I went in the customer service was absolutely horrible. The guy at the front was very rude and just argued with me the whole time we talked. I brought my business elsewhere and will not be back here.

I purchase a truck bed cover from them about 4 months ago. The latch release cable came apart. Went to shop to have fix. Guy said he has had several of these covers have same problem. He said he would get the repair parts for it and call me. I has been over 2 & half weeks, still no call. I have called them a week ago and the said still waiting on parts. I called them today and only get voice mail box. Not very good service after the sales. I don't use my truck that much either so the quality of product must have been questionable.

BEWARE! The service at this location has gone straight downhill. We've just them for years and they were always great, but the great service is gone. They installed a sliding bed cover 3 months ago and we found a bracket had come off. We went back by to get them to put it back on and adjust it. They told us to go to Home Depot and match the bolt. Are you kidding me? The guy behind the counter had no other option for us and was absolutely unwilling to do anything that required any effort on his part to remedy the situation. A month prior to this we purchased a B&W drop hitch from them which they ordered after looking at the truck. Kenneth's was repairing the vehicle, and the hitch was on the backseat when I picked up the vehicle. Strange - I thought Texan would have installed it. Ummmm - the receiver piece was the wrong size - I am sure Texan knew this when they left it on the back seat. This place that was once so good is AWFUL now with nonexistent customer service. I would drive to Houston for accessories now before ever considering this place again.

I am very happy with these guys. I was surprised by some dents in the bed when they took out the factory hard liner and they we’re completely understanding that I wanted to reschedule until I could work the dents out. On install day I asked for a double shot on my heavy use areas, and everything turned out very GREAT. They exceeded my expectations on professionalism, install and customer service. I am having them level my truck next week and will definitely use them on a Jeep overlander project I am about to start.

Perhaps, the installation of tonneau covers is not where this company on Northpark Drive makes its current profit?? The reviews make it appear as if people who purchase spray-in bedliners are quite happy and that's great. After two separate visits on 7/31/23 (told the computers and phones were down) and, then, on 8/1/23 to purchase an Armor Flex tonneau cover for a short bed (we were told the '2023' tonneau covers were 'out of stock' ? (a truck bed measure is a truck bed measure mostly fairly standard from year to year??). We were told no foreseeable date for order/purchase (told we could just keep calling back to find out when the covers might be in stock). So, consumers have a choice and we drove into Houston and bought/had an Armor Flex tonneau cover installed on 8/3/23. And, yes, we paid a few hundred more for the cover but we did not mind one bit.

I wanted to support a local business so I bought a bedcover and had them install. I have concerns with the fit and the noise. Texan said once installed they could not do returns or exchanges. If I had bought online from BAK I would have had a 30 day return or exchange window.
