Visited the store today with my mom and a store associate was rude treated us like we were.going to steal something. Then my mom tried some clothes and nobody helped her even when the store was empty. Maybe it was racial profiling because we are Hispanic. I ignore the reason but it is sad that retail associates behave this way. I will not return to this location

Not a very welcoming environment. Honestly doubtful I ever shop Talbots again after visiting this store today.To the ladies working today..ignoring me definitely let me know I wasn't welcome in your store. You were not busy..only 3 ppl in store shopping at the time.

Each of the sales personnel had wonderful personalities!! They had a fantastic sale (80%) going on. Totally loved the mustard colored coat but it was way to big. I didn't want to chance getting the wrong size.

My mother and I went to talbots today to shop for jeans I was very disappointment I had my arms full of clothes and not one associate ever Ask if we needed any help. I finally went and found a dressing Room so my mother could try on clothes. I went to the counter to try to get some help and I was totally ignored very disappointed in the customer service in this store in Kingwood.
