Went for an oil change and wash . The oil change was fine service was great , however when it was time for the wash the wait was ridiculous. I arrived well before many and all customers were in and out pretty fast … after an hour and a half went by I went to look to see if maybe I missed my Truck going through the wash . Unfortunately it was not I asked the lady at the front the reason for delay and she said I would have to go outside and ask them. Soon after that I saw my truck going through the wash so I just thought I would wait . Well as time passed and more people came and left I noticed my truck was just sitting with the doors open so I walked to my truck to see the progress in hopes it was almost done . I was wrong they did not even start the inside yet . I walked back in a told them I would like a refund for the special service as I have been waiting for 2hrs already and they had not started on the inside yet . They refused. And said the job was done . I showed the manager they had not started yet but he insisted they did.so I walked back to my truck & The guy working on the car next to me had a full on conversation in English with me about how they had not started on my truck yet and it would be another 30-45mins before it was ready . Again I walked inside to ask for a refund that I could no longer stay and wait as I had been there already going on 2.5 hrs . The manager Ramon walked out to the truck and came back in within 2 -3mins stating it’s done they just finished and he can not refund my money. This seemed to be like a Christmas miracle that it would only take 2-3 mins to detail the inside when I had already been waiting for so long. So me and the Manger Ramon walked back to the truck and by my surprise nothing was different and I told him I would like a refund because nothing was done . Ramon just repeated the job is done the job is done we can’t refund . When I questioned him why the man working on detailing the truck next to me told me they did not start yet on my truck RamonThe Manger told me he doesn’t speak English and doesn’t understand. That the job is complete and tried to blame the oil services for the reason it took so long . I handed over my keys just before 11:18am and my Truck was ready to be washed at 11:36am. When it was all said and done I pulled out of the place at 1pm with no refund for the special service and my truck looking the same way as it did when I pulled in other than the fact they were pulling stuff out on the console and placed it on top of the console .The dishonestly and disrespect Ramon provided is unacceptable , and how he handled my situation was very poor and Incompetent so if you want your case washed I suggest just going to quick quack across the street and get an unlimited membership and clean the inside yourself it will save you a lot of time and money …. And Frustration .. that too :)

I went there and got a full $100 package. They left wax on my car, didn't clean my vents, and rushed me out. It was a terrible experience I will never visit again and I Do not recommend it.

My car came out worse than what it was when I took it in. I had to go back and they had to rewash it through the machine vs hand wash. So I was charged $60 for this I think I should have been refunded the extra $30 I paid for a hand wash!!

Went with my father for inspection, according to the tech, he did not pass because the "tint was very dark" and refused to give him or pass his inspection, of course they kept his money. Same day we went to the dealership and they found no issues with the tint and passed inspection without problems. Very disappointed.

I wish I could leave less than one star but I can’t. I’m not the person to write reviews but I had to do this one lol. This is by far, the worst place you can have your car washed. I’ll speak with facts and I apologize for the emotions shared here but it’s mostly rage and sheer frustration. I’ve been here twice since I’ve been living in Kingwood. The first time I just went it for a regular ol’ car wash, I payed almost 35$ for a “full service” car wash, with some other add ons. The car was completely dirty underneath the seats, the dashboard had dust in some parts, crumbles all over the seats, not a good job overall for the ridiculous pricing they have. But my review really is about my second visit. This time I went in for an oil change and a full service car wash, since days before while checking out at Kroger, I got a coupon that stated the following “Free full service car wash with an oil change” the coupon was valued at 38.99, and bellow that it gave a small disclaimer, saying that bulk oil and special oil filter was an extra charge. Nothing less nothing more than that, on 12/30 I called the business twice, and spoke with two different persons on each occasion, the reason for my call was to figure out if I would still be able to use the coupon, even when I brought my own oil and filter ( I wanted to avoid extra charges ), the two people, a lady and a male replied to that question the same way, they guaranteed that if I did the oil change, I would be able to get the free car wash with the coupon. Upon arrival Mr. Bruce (the so-called manager or mechanic) said that upon doing the oil change, I would be able to obtain a car wash ticket and then it would be processed, I stated multiple times that I brought my own oil and filter, he said there was no problem with that. I went to the restroom while the oil change was happening, I was informed after leaving the restroom that they would not wash my car, for the simple reason that I brought my own oil and filter. I was vivid, they said that if I didn’t pay they would call the cops on me, offering it as the only possible solution. Bruce was a douche all around, and when I pointed out what he told me, he hid behind a lady giving lies and saying that they never said such things as promising a car wash. This business sucks; no wonder why it’s always empty and people talk poorly about y’all in Kingwood. Misleading the customers, false claims, dirty cars and poorly done jobs is all you’ll ever find here. I wish I could ask for a refund, I even told the guy to put my old oil back knowing it was impossible ?. I just didn’t wanna give them my money. Least to say I’ll never go back to this place, and if someone ever asks, it’s the worst place to go. Mr Bruce with all due respect you, dishonest piece of cake.

Much better now that they are owned by SUPERIOR company with discounts on Sundays and Mondays! $16.00 for SUV/trucks... Superior package.... I just wish it included leather conditioning, but that is an add-on. So all in all- a fair deal!
