My truck hesitated to start last night and I put in autopart store near me. O’Reilly was the closest PTL. I got there at 9:55pm and Justin and Luis checked my battery. It was bad. They got me a new battery which was under warranty. Changed it out for me and as stated past closing to make sure it was done!

I was 600 miles from home with engine trouble. Stopped in at the Kingswood O'rileys and Kim came out and ran a diagnostic on my truck. Gave me a print out, ask her for a recommendation of a trust worthy Mechanic. Kim was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
If you're in the Kingswood area, with vehicle issues, The kingswood area O'rileys is a good place to start and Mr. Kevin Stewart is an Honest and forthright mechanic, gentleman, to call for help.

Solid location. Ordering parts for pickup is a breeze. Staff seems legit, though if they paid more for staff I bet customers would have a slightly better experience but over all pretty chill store.

I just wanted to thank the staff at my O'Reilly store in Kingwood. Just recently I had to get some windshield wipers for my truck and Justin was so sweet and came out to install them with such a sincere smile. That's customer service at it's best. The whole staff goes above and beyond. It's not the first time they come to my aid.
Thank you, great example of that caring touch combined with professionalism. God bless them all.

The employee that helped me was very helpful and kind. Not sure, but it seems like I usually have a better experience at O'Reillys than I do at autozone.
