I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now! 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves the Kingwood area, but doesn’t want to pay an extremely amount in rent! This community is very quiet, peaceful and VERY safe. It does give a peace of mind also knowing the police station is within walking distance! Close to HEB & Kroger!The traffic is getting worse off west lake and Kingwood drive, but it’s only during business hours. Stacy & Kali are wonderful ladies and always helpful whenever I’ve needed their help.

Peaceful and serene living. Awesome mgmt who are easy to work with. The apartments are nice, and it’s a good place to live. I never “hear” my neighbors. Good, strong sound barriers. I love living here.

We just moved in the townhome floor plan and I can not express how easy the office management made the entire process for us!!! It is so quiet and peaceful here. Maintenance is so friendly and extremely fast. My family and I are extremely happy here!!!!

I don't live there but I'm hoping to in the future. I'd also like to gives kudos to Kali the young brunette lady who sits in the small desk in the outer office is the absolute sweetest and most helpful leasing personal I've EVER had the pleasure of working with in the past 30 years, she is just so sweet and down to earth! I spoke with her twice and she was so informative and patient, such a treasure! You're extremely lucky if you get to work with her!!! The other two ladies in the office are nice too, but Kali by far stands out! Thank you for your help Kali!

Older apartment complex but has the best security. (HPD is right across the street). Conveniently located to shopping, dining & entertainment.

Nice property and I’ve always adored Stacy the most because she’s top notch professional and a good example of a Christian and the extra outstanding maintenance team is as well, lovely and pretty area. Only problem is it’s becoming more and more overrun by younger residents so its not as peaceful and modest as it was 5 years ago. Maybe because they just hired on a young girl in the office instead of hiring a real adult and who is experienced and can relate to senior citizen needs because there is no such thing as a 20 year old or 30 year old who can relate to the needs of senior citizens all she does is attract other young people. The Oaks used to be a safe haven for us seniors, but then they started becoming more lenient about who they lease to now we have too many young people and too many families with noisy little kids. The Kingwood area in general is getting too youthful and liberal what has happened to our home? These younger residents who now live here don’t ever offer to help me with my groceries or even make eye contact with me and are overall rude! Sadly I hate to say it but I won’t be renewing my lease when the times comes and currently looking for a more senior citizen friendly complex. Also the landscapers are very messy and they really should consider adding a gate around the property!

Nice place to live. Well managed. Quiet. Safe. Awesome location. I gave it only three stars because it's over priced considering they are older town homes, old house smell inside, inadequate inside paint job and no covered parking.

Nice lofts. I habe a family member living here, and she loves it. The amenities are nice and the pool stays clean.
