I buy my products from this company just irritating when u make a far drive and run into this and have to make the drive again another day. If someone needs to step out there just have someone else to cover to keep the store open.

Been buying from this Nutrition Depot for years and even after I've since moved away to the west side of Houston I still come back for their deals and to see old faces. Always recommend this place to anyone looking to buy supps

So five weeks ago I purchased a Keto cereal from here and I didn't find it particularly pleasing. The next day on my way into the gym I stopped by to see if I could exchange it or get a refund and I was told by one employee I couldn't get a refund but I could get in store credit, cool I said. Next day I come in the store different employee, but initially he said the same thing, that I may trade it for in-store credit, but after asking how that system worked he said "oh wait this bag is open, we can't do anything for you" I explained to him the other guy knew it was open and he said it was cool and he simply said "well he's new he was mistaken", simply said ok and left.Edited from 2 to 1 star. 1. One bowl...2. I didn't want a refund I was told in-store credit.3. I was informed due to it being opened I couldn't exchanged it, if the wording had been "you've consumed to much we can't refund/in store credit you" that would've been understandable, but that's not what happened.

I came in August 2020 to get a blender bottle. Selection is poor, unless you like Superman theme, and the clerk communication was woefully sub-par. I’d like to support local brick and mortar shops when I can, but I hate to say that I would have been better going somewhere else for a better experience and product.
