My husband took my car here for the first and last time ever. Their customer service and professionalism is terrible. It was taken in for an alignment and of course they told us more needed to be done (struts replaced) and my husband agreed. Then oddly enough, my battery stopped working properly and had to be charged because it was "bad". They charged it and it worked. We brought it home and it's no longer working again. It's too coincidental that the battery dies/ is bad as soon as we took it in to them. The battery is only a year and a half old. Our other car is being serviced at ford motors and this is our only car and is now not working and we are having to ask our neighbors for a jump. When my husband spoke to the shop, they were so rude and told us to bring the battery in for a charge. I guess they wanted us to take it out and walk the battery there? Not sure how that is supposed to work. I'm sorry, but it is too coincidental that the battery is now dead after going there. I do not trust these people and I do not find them to be professional. I will never use them again or ever recommend that anyone take there car in.

This business is FANTASTIC! They were able to see me quickly for a concern I had about my battery/alternator. Everything turned out fine, but they got my car right back there quickly and we're thorough, professional and friendly. Brian and his team are awesome and they have themselves a new customer going forward! Highly recommend!Also, the chairs in the waiting area are super comfy.

Had an oil change on my wife's van and my truck. There was an issue with the oil change performed on my truck, contacted the establishment and spoke with the owner. He immediately took steps to correct the issue and made it right. 10/10 I highly recommend ANY business with an owner like this!Service: Oil change

I truly don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews on yelp but hopefully this will change your mind. I've been coming to KCCC for a couple years, my partner even longer. I love this place, I love the staff. They are trustworthy and friendly and always keep you updated and informed with what's going on with your car/service. Their waiting area is so cozy and the coffee is always hot. Today is why I'm writing this review though. The front cover underneath my car had fallen and was dragging while I drove so I came in about 15 minutes after they opened. They saw my car and knew exactly what I needed and took care of it right away. I was waiting for maybe 30 minutes or less. The real kicker was, there was no charge! I've always liked this place but today really did it for me. I was in and out with no hassle and just barely finished with my coffee. They're always dependable and informative and a great way to SUPPORT LOCAL businesses.

They do good work BUT their prices are too high. Charged us $125 for an oil change and tire rotation with nitrogen on a Nissan Rogue. Dealer told us they would have charged us $65 for the same work.
