Salesperson seemed welcoming but he lied about our order. Not a 24 delivery and guaranteed it.. Also, the driver calls and says we have to have box springs for our adjustable.. Really. Sales guy said.. I checked and they were in stock. yeah right. Just lies.. Will never shop here...

worst experience at this fraud store. Hold my refund for almost two month, and tell me they cannot do anytime. Horrible customer service and will not buy anything at Mattress one again.

I highly recommend getting a mattress here. The rates where great for a king size memory foam. Jeff, gave us a great deal on a package bundle.
