⚠️Stop harassing customers! Lowes makes💰multi-billions of dollars, yet you ask customers to “round up” —so you can claim the tax write-off. It’s manipulative and needs to stop—If you want to give, use your profits—not mine.—I’m already doing the work myself at the checkouts since they are ALL self check!

This Lowe’s is average on its best day. It’s reasonably stocked and the workers are generally friendly. They seem short staffed and their orders department is terrible. It’s hard to find the right employee that has appropriate system rights and customer service help takes infinite patience to stay on hold. They do eventually answer. Whoever manages this store seems to be struggling.

This is the first time I am so disappointed in Lowe’s we are in a hurricane disaster and the generators are first time first serve like how is that possible!!!! I ordered on online and they literally cancelled my order!!! We are 3 days no power!!! I can not believe this happened to me and knowing my mom needs oxygen machine to live and the rep was like oh well due to corporate office we have to decline online orders!!! Not acceptable like come on we should be better than that and ran my card and now have to wait 3- 5 days for a refund!!!
