Me and my partner have lived in Kingwood over four years and we are having issues obtaining a "K" sticker because one of our vehicles has a different address for registration for a SPECIFIC reason and their answer was to get a new registration (even though it isn't time) with our new address. It seems the longer we live here the more problems we seem to face. We are trying to just simply go fishing at the River Grove Park without getting towed but it honestly seems they would rather just have the opportunity to tow us. It's absurd that residents who live here can't even enjoy our own parks! Please do better and PLEASE hire more customer service friendly employees.Thanks!

Get an email to come get a “k” sticker just to show up and them to tell me my new license needs my new address on it. Email did not state this info. I just moved so obviously haven’t updated my license yet. And then the kid working the front desk had to go get an older lady to tell me these things but couldn’t answer a straight forward question I asked. I had to ask a question 3 times to not get a clear question. These ppl would do great working in our current administration. Thumbs done KSA. Acting like these K stickers are more important than passports (needing FOUR documents to receive). I’d say do better but your 1.4 rating means that you’ve always been a below mediocrity.

We will be filling a police report for child endangerment. These people stole our car as the sun was setting and left my husband and daughter literally in the dark woods. Ticket people—fine. But towing cars at sundown is exploitative, cruel, and put my family at risk.

Betty was the rudest person ever! I just needed a K sticker for my new car...following the rules that aren't enforced. She ignored me for 5 minutes because I had been on my phone when I first came in. Said she couldn't talk to me if I'm on my phone. I'm off my phone, but her pompous-self continued to look back at me and ignored me to make a point after I hung up. Then she couldn't figure out that I had been given new license plates by the tax office when I changed title and registration.. unnecessarily rude, pompass and self-important!I've lived in Kingwood 42 years! KSA is useless

It's always a hassle to deal with these folks, they are in charge of Kingwood parks and you go here to get the K sticker.

These people don't care about Kingwood or their parks. Mowing is EXTREMELY inconsistent, they change out trash cans once in a blue moon, and they would rather you get towed than maintain the parks.

They refused to provide a K sticker because the vehicle registration didn't match the driver's license and insurance. We even provided other proof of address for the car. This is a ridiculous amount of bureaucracy just to be able to visit parks within our neighborhood.

Would not recommend doing business with these people. They do not give full access to parks and refuse to work with anyone who wants to have any sort of event. If I could give them zero stars, I would! Trash place with a trash staff...

River Grove boat ramp has been closed since Harvey and when I called today about re-opening I was told it would be next summer because they are going to do renovations. They have had 2 years to do their renovations but as of today nothing has been done. Another epic failure by KSA parks!

These people are legal criminals. They make you pay to park at a public park after taking tax dollars. It is shameful that such a rule exists.
