I called multiple computer repair places in the area, these guys not only answered the phone, when none of the others did, and they were super nice and respectful and got my computer in first thing the next morning, they fixed my computer and had it back to me the same day and the price was very reasonable. I will go to these guys every time I need I.T. Thank you all very much.

I have been a Kingwood IT customer for many years. Recently, I accidentally deleted some important files from my PC. Early Saturday morning, I called Kingwood IT and left a message for a callback. Ross called me within 30 minutes. He was traveling on vacation but wanted to see if he could help. He walked me through the steps to locate and retrieve my files. Ross didn't have to call that morning, but he did. THAT is what makes Kingwood IT special! They treat each customer as if they are the ONLY customer. Kudos to you Kingwood IT!!

This place is absolutely amazing.From the receptionist person to the IT person ,Johnthan and he was so very helpful. He was very patient. I asked him a lot of questions about my son‘s computer. He was very helpful. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable computer place this is definitely it.

Kingwood IT has been my go to IT company for 10+ years. Highly recommend Ross and his team for all your Network/ Computer Business needs. The staff at Kingwood IT are very efficient and customer service oriented. You will be glad you have them securing your Computer Network. They have been amazing at running our IT so I can focus on my business. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion

I bought a used computer from Kingwood IT several years ago and it has run flawlessly ever since. A few days ago my monitor started flashing. Suspecting a bad video card, I brought it to Kingwood IT and Jonathan put it through some testing and determined it was actually the monitor that had gone bad. He spent enough time with me to fully diagnose the issue, and I was charged far less than I expected. They have my highest recommendation, as will be evidenced when I need more diagnosis/repair work. Previously, I had used a different computer repair shop in Kingwood (B******O). They were incompetent and dishonest, ripping me off for $150 w/o fixing computer. That all changed with a visit to Kingwood I.T. Despite the many ills of my computer, Chase diagnosed the problem and had my computer up and running within 24 hours including installation of new hard drive, reinstalling all documents and making calls to different vendors for updates which he applied to my Windows 10 system. I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and communication skills of this business.
