Hands down, this is the best laundromat around! The machines all work great, and they’re super easy to use. You can pay with coins or through an app, which is really convenient. But what really makes this place awesome is the customer service. I walked in as a stranger and left feeling like part of the family! The ladies working there are so friendly and welcoming. Now, I drop off my laundry every week, and it always comes back looking brand new—perfectly folded and ready to put away. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly laundromat or an amazing drop-off service, I highly recommend Kingwood Laundromat. Big thanks to the team for the great service!

The person thats working today 9/30/2024. Is EXTREMELY rude! I called to inquire about pricing and she hung on on me twice. I wish the calls were recorded. Her behavior is totally inexcusable.

This is the only laundromat I will use. It's clean, well-lit, and comfortable, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located in a wide open, easily accessible place, and I feel safe here.

This morning the Sunday after Hurricane Beryl. I did six loads of laundry with some really good people. I didn't get their names. This business gets 20 stars from me. The place was clean it opened an hour early because of the Kingwood rush. it was standing room only they had two wonderful attendants. Everything was fair it's been a long time since I've seen a business Step Up to this excellence. 20 stars all day long

Very clean laundromat. I will choose this place every time. There’s always an attendant there. I’ve had one complaint about dog hair being all over the inside of a washer. It happens. They quickly cleaned the machine. The staff are on it.

They people are so kind, and great prices. You can have them pick up your clothes, was dry, fold everything, then have them delivered right back to you. It’s saves so much time and money. Only a couple of dollars a pound. And just so you understand what that really means? One comforter takes a large washer (at about $9 to use that washer)… and it’s only a couple of pounds. So, you’re spending more using the machines than having them wash, dry, and fold it for you. Not worrying about my washer damaging my stuff, they do all the worrying for you. I love it here!!!!

Clean with places to sit and free wifi.
Detergent for sale, if needed.
An attendant was on-site.
Use cash or an app to pay.
The washers were large and quick and the large dryers were very efficient.
Much better deal than the hotel laundry!

This place is nice. Though a little on the small side and has limited number of machine larger than double load. Double load was at least $4, triple load at least $5.75. I did not look at the largest machines. The dryers are $0.25 per 6 minutes.
I had one dryer that didn't dry at all after 24 minutes. The attendant was more than happy to refund the amount even though that wasn't what I was after.
The place is fairly clean when I was there but you could tell that it was well kept it had just been really busy and people had left a mess. The attendant was cleaning the machines when I left.
