I left a 5-star review 2 years ago, mainly because of the teachers and its management and having a positive experience. Lately (over the past 9 months) there has been a big turnover on teachers, and it has negativity affected our experience with this center. Kids spending a lot of time with teachers. Changing teachers and having temporary teachers, inexperienced and sometimes not caring people around, how would they feel comfortable, secure and and able to follow their curriculum and connect with their teacher? It is sad and disappointing to see how KinderCare can not keep the teachers happy and have them stay (I know a lot of them would stay if the center would value their dedication and hard-work). Teachers are one of main reasons kids are excited about going to school everyday and they can make a big impact on kids' learning experience. We do care so much about who is going to be the teacher of our child, and so is expected from KinderCare as a "learning center".

The name stands out KinderCare because they really care about your kids, our daughter was very happy there and the after care program made sure she did her homework we were very sad to leave them

We switched here after some really disturbing experiences at another franchised daycare in the area. We are a blended family with 2 households. The staff at our previous daycare created strange hostility defining the biological and step parent as “Real” and “other” - words we DON’T use our households. They were argumentative and verbally abusive towards our situation IN FRONT of the kids, and even called us liars when we tried to address the discomfort that was being generated. Not to mention the classroom experiences were sub-par. Just a mess of a time that continued for far too long.We switched to Kingwood KinderCare June 2022, and we have had a phenomenal time here. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure our toddler and elementary-age kid both have a positive learning environment, and go out of their way to accommodate our situation. As parents, it’s special to feel the support from the staff. As kids, both adore the staff and teachers. Their teaching programs are excellent, and their after-school-care is fantastic.10/10 Very much recommend!

We as the parents finally gave up the Kingwood KinderCare in July 2021, having no choice but moving to Katy TX for my 3-year-old kid to have the schoolings at least she feels safe and happy. She is a very sweet and keen kid, nobody doubt. Unfortunately, However, after she got back in March 2021 to the Kingwood Kindercare to continue the school life, in June started to totally hate going to the place, till one morning she told me she feels scared at the KinderCare. Her language skills are pretty underdeveloped, but she can clearly tell me" feel scared". She even much dislike or totally resist the words of " teacher" or "school". We can sense how scared she feel. In fact, on the other days, we checked her, asking what happened at school. She told the teacher beat her either arm, or leg, with different answer each time. One afternoon about 2:30 pm I stopped by, bringing some snack for her. She walked out, with red face, telling that she need change diapers. I turned to tell the Assistant Director or the lady on duty. I stood outside, watching through window of the classroom. The Assistant Director told the teacher to change the diapers for my daughter. I watched the teacher heavily pushed my daughter's head, till other teachers reminded her the father was outside watching. I cannot forget her face with a kind of shock. The teacher's name is Jessica. She is a tall, white and young lady.I believe the two stories have a kind of direct connections. meanwhile I believe 99% of the staff members there are nice, kind and professional, with warm hearts. There Jessica, might I feel ashamed of you?!

These guys are great. They take care of my toddler and little guy and he has so much fun! The app is fantastic as well, and we get to sneak a peek into all the fun they're having during the day. Have not had any worries about cleanliness or germs, everyone follows all of the guidelines while still making everything fun. Always jump on telling any booboos beforehand so there's no surprises. A 1000% lovely bunch of people, and I'm glad we didn't go elsewhere.

They don’t even deserve one star it was hilarious how unprofessional and rude they were when we were trying to sign our son up. Please do yourself a da or don’t even look it this place for your kid if they can’t treat you with respect how can you expect them to treat your kids with respect when you’re not looking. They made us stand outside while leaf blowers are all over the place and we can’t hear them they don’t give any information about the place. The woman working there is glaring at me and my family it’s disgusting this place needs to shut down.

If you need daycare, I highly recommend Kingwood KinderCare. The ladies here are always very sweet and I trust them in taking care of my child and helping find a resolution if any problems/special requests come up! He's always super happy in the mornings and practically runs to his room. They do an amazing job of keeping you updated and sending pictures so you can see what your little one is up to throughout the day.

The comment by Paris NYC is shocking. She must not have received the answers she wanted in order for her to leave a bad review. All parents have been there while the lawn crew were working and the gentlemen are always courteous and will stop if parents walk up. The Director, Assistant Director, and staff are all nice, friendly, caring, and loving toward all the children who are left in their care. I have never had a problem with anyone being rude or disrespectful towards me. I am very pleased with their protocol during the pandemic. Their main concern has always been about keeping everyone safe. Kingwood KinderCare is the best school in the Kingwood area. I highly recommend!! Ladies keep up the good work!!

My kids have being going to Kinder Care in Kingwood Texas for two years. They are amazing and professional. How do I know? Just ask my kids or I. They are also being taught, at Kinder Care due to COVID. I don’t have them in a public school at this time. They are on top of it at KC. Quick responses on any class subject matter. And my kids are doing very well with their grades. My kids enjoy everyday going to KC it’s all in their tone when they wake up and as soon as Mrs. Amber or Mrs. Kay greets them early in the morning. As a single mom of three kids, I am grateful to have chosen Kinder Care to provide the safety and care of my kids.

The below comment is shocking to me. My daughter attends this learning center and the staff are absolutely amazing! My daughter can count to 10 in 2 foreign languages, she can write, and is learning sigh words quickly. The director and assistant director are wsrm and welcoming.I especially appreciate the extra precautions they are taking to ensure the safety of the children during this pandemic.Nobody but children and staff are allowed in the building, temperatures are taken and recorded daily, ect.I love this center and wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else! Great job Kingwood kindercare!

I love this daycare for my 2 1/2 year old son, Luka. I’ve tried other daycares that just didn’t sit right with me, I’d feel guilty taking him every morning. But not here! It’s so clean, the class-like structure is great. Everyone here is so sweet and amazing, and I feel like my son is valued and loved and part of the family. His teachers are incredible, and I noticed some serious learning curves with speech and imagination for him as soon as I made the switch!
