If I could give 20 stars ⭐️ to this place believe me, I would. I felt welcome time I walked through the door & I really thank the young man who held the door for me & carried the box I had. Everyone in there had great customer service. A big & I do mean a big Thank you to Chris for helping me understand the safety of a gun, how to use the gun, how to even take it apart. His knowledge about guns, was amazing, he knows them guns. What really made me feel special was the patience he had with me cause I was truly scared. No matter how many questions I asked, he answered & made sure I understood…Gave me pamphlets as well. I can’t leave out the other Chris cause he was awesome & funny, great sense of humor…..I know it’s a gun shop but it’s the coolest place ever to do business, they are going to take care of you. If you riding by & you see Kingwood Guns, stop by, I promise, you want regret it. I will definitely be back……Thank you guy’s ☺️

I would highly recommend Kingwood Guns. Most gun stores have terrible customer service and treat people like they are idiots. That has not been my experience at Kingwood guns. Every employee has been friendly, helpful, and fun to work with. I have purchased many different parts and accessories here. Have also had them ship a gun for me, and special order something that required their FFL. All of which went smoothly. I will continue to go back to Kingwood guns!

I have been doing business with Kingwood Guns for around four years. The staff is very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I have. They always have what I need or can get it quickly. I have used them for a couple FFL transfers with ease. Will continue doing business with them they take care of you before and after the sale!!!

God is good. Before goin here I was talkin to my wife about how I 'wanted a lil snack.' Sumn like a chic Fila sandwich, ya know sumn small to hold me over til it's really time to eat. I went in and received a good welcome and customer service. Then after about 5mins another worker comes in with bagel sandwiches. So of course the bible says ask and receive, so I asked for a sandwich and he kindly said yes. Another worker offered me a drink too. So I thank God before I thank man and am grateful for their good customer service and willingness to share.

I called and spoke with Chris about getting a few single stage triggers installed. I have to admit, they were a pleasure to work with. Expected to have to leave my weapons, was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would have me fixed up in a few minutes.

What a joke! I called these guys to see if they were interested in my brand new, unfired Shadow 2 Compact (hard to obtain right now) and the dude says sure, bring it in. Then I mention it also has a new Trijicon RMR and TLR. And what does he say? "Attachments don't add value to the gun." Seriously? My $700 optic and $300 light don't add value? Talk about smooth-brained logic. Better steer clear of these clowns.

I purchased a firearm online and went to this shop for a FFL transfer. In and out within 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and are very attentive. Was taken care of as soon as I walked in. Highly recommend.
