We are in the process of reworking some issues since when car was delivered it was missing Jeep brand name plates but I’m sure the issue will be resolved in a timely fashion I just wish someone at the pick up time would have been outside with me to look over the car versus handing the keys over collecting payment and sending me on my way as I overlooked the missing monikers on a hot Friday afternoon at 4 pm. My jeep looks like a knock off car without the logos hahahaha

They are Great and treat you the way you want to be treated

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Kingwood, TX. From start to finish, the service was far below acceptable standards. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive, often failing to return calls or provide timely updates on the repair progress. The repair time estimates are crap, no one bothers to call to update. I can understand a day or two past estimated time but two freaking weeks is unacceptable . Their customer service needs to be evaluated. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Joe Hudson's Collision Center based on my experience.

This location went above and beyond in working on my insurance claim. Communication was outstanding throughout. Ryan in particular was amazing in keeping me informed every step of the way. Ryan is a #1 professional.

I had minor damage from a truck tire tread... cracked windshield, extensive scuffing, side mirror ripped off, etc. While it took a week or two to get the appointment, once they had the car it was a quick turnaround. Ryan was very friendly. The only complaint was that I didn't hear from them as promptly as I would have liked (when things were slightly delayed, when he promised to call with a quote, etc.) But the results were excellent. And they even detailed the inside of the car... a pleasant surprise. I would use them again.

We were very pleased with our experience with Vidal and Christy and the whole team at Joe Hudson Collision in Kingwood. We would definitely bring our vehicles there again and recommend Joe Hudson to friends and family!
