Professional workers provided a Quick oil change and have upfront pricing so you don’t have to call for a price like their competitors . I trust Jiffy Lube with my vehicle

Owner/manager of business sat behind desk with feet propped up staring at his phone. Did not look up even once to say hello, thank you.....nothing. The young man who did my oil change was pretty efficient and they had me in and out pretty quick. That's why 3 stars - I would give the manager / owner 0. The boss never spoke to his employees while I was there - and certainly didn't acknowledge the customer. Pretty poor leadership. They didn't vacuum car either. I'll look elsewhere next time.

Friendly people don’t always give good service. Got oil changed 12-4 and didn’t even make it the month without problems. Took to another jiffy and they fixed what this store messed up for free thank god. Expensive the first time, didn’t want to have to pay again. Glad they helped at the other store!!

Thanks for the excellent service and wifi availability. It made a difference today for me. Jason, the inspector, was very understanding and gave me the space I needed to handle some of my workload at the time. Very Patient guy... Thanks.

Service was impeccable the attitudes were great. Specifically an employee named Jessica truly made everything very easy and explained everything very thoroughly. After receiving such good service from her it felt as if the sun shone a little bit brighter! Good on you Jessica!

Guys were professional and nice enough, but corporate keeping it open when they were doing repairs/remodel inside made no sense. There was a chair outside and a bench in the sun. Otherwise, customers had to stand.Service: Oil change

I have been here a few times, I drive a company truck and I always choose Jiffy Lube because they’re quick and I need to get back to work ASAP ?Today, I noticed a few different faces working and noticed a little bit of urgency and diligenceMy windows were cleaned (inside and out) and my dashboard was wiped, this has never happened before, the staff was friendly and thanked me for my business when I leftKeep it up!! Came for an oil change. It took awhile for someone to acknowledge I was there, but once they got to me, things went quickly. I was informed of every step that was being made and given options of pricing and things that were an immediate concern and things that could wait. I was there 09/12/2023 - Northpark Dr. I can only hope everything was done correctly. No one smiled there. Not even the person who came out to our vehicle. In fact, she came from the office and seemed annoyed that we were there. We were the ONLY customers there at that time. She didn’t smile or say hello. Every employee I saw seemed miserable. Not one smile or kind word from anyone. From a customer standpoint, I don’t want to go to a business where everyone is miserable. Miserable employees do not typically excel at their job. Did they do everything correct for my oil change … I don’t know. I will not be back. What happened to the other management? They were nice.Service: Oil change

This is a good Jiffy Lube, they did everything I needed and fast. They recommend a lot of stuff based on issues with your car that they check for. It’s good to know.

We usually always take our vehicles to the dealership for service, but on occasion we will use a quick lube service in time sensitive situations. This is the second time we have been badly burned by this location and we will never come back. Seventeen years ago my axle seals were popped open by a tech at this location, trying to upsell me, when I had brought my vehicle in only for a quick oil change. This led to a nearly 2 year ordeal of quick fixes and a continually leaking axle, before Jiffy Lube finally agreed to completely replace the axle they damaged, under a threat of a lawsuit. Months later my transmission failed due to the two years of driving with a leaking axle. This month, in a rush to leave for vacation, I decided to give this Jiffy Lube another chance; assuming ownership, techs, etc. had changed in 17 years. Made it home with my vehicle, with no issue. Later that evening I went to fill up with gas for our vacation we were scheduled to leave on the next morning; the engine would start but immediately die. We had to cancel our vacation last minute and have it towed to the dealership to diagnose what this Jiffy Lube did. Two days later we learned they failed to connect the air duct to the air box causing my vehicle to die. Luckily this time I received a complete refund of my Jiffy Lube service in short order, but I did have to call and go through the store manager, and then the district manager to get them to do the right thing. Crickets if you try to handle it by email, you will get no response. We are still out the money we lost on the last minute cancellation of our vacation, as well as the cost of the dealership diagnosis of the problem. I did threaten a lawsuit if they did not minimally reimburse me for the dealer’s invoice and reimburse me for all costs associated with two upsells that the dealership determined did not happen. The Jiffy Lube district manager offered a complete refund of my entire service, which fell about $50-60 short of what I asked for, but I took it to avoid having to file suit against this place. I do not recommend anyone trust this place with any service. The techs are highly pressured to upsell for services they are not qualified for and/or have supplies on hand to do. I had to wait an added hour just to have brake fluid delivered from across the street, only to find out the job wasn’t done and/or done properly by the dealership’s inspection. This practice of pressuring techs to upsell causes significant damage and issues to vehicles, due to the tech’s poor training and lack of knowledge.

I drive a fleet car that just hit 5,000 miles so practically brand new. They decided it needed a new air filter and charged $61.99 for it. This sounded suspicious to me so when I got home, I actually opened the hood and checked the filter. They did not install a new filter - the factory original AC Delco was still installed and it was in excellent condition. I called and asked what brand of air filters the installed and they said "Champ" brand so this confirmed they not only would have replaced a part that did not need to be replaced, but also did not even do the work they charged for.
