“I went today to pick up my bracelet about 10 mins till closing. Everything was perfect until I realized I had forgotten my phone at the store! I raced to a phone so my daughter could call and ask if it was possible for me to pick it up tonight. Lindsey and Karla both waited 20 mins after closing while I raced thru traffic to get back to the Kingwood location. I was so frazzled by the time I got there and they were so understanding....even refusing a tip. I am writing this hoping their management recognizes their excellent customer service that went above and beyond for me today.”

“We were shocked to have the service we had The staff was very courteous! My wife and I brought jewelry in to get repaired and was given up to two weeks to do the repairs. Both pieces where done in four days. The repairs were very reasonably priced. A very professional job was done on the rings we brought in. Both employees were very knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to support their business to show appreciation for their service. My wife was very happy with the service as well.”

“The shopping experience with Halzberg Jeweler was great! The staff that worked that day 8.9.24 evening shift (Brandi Bonner and Maria Magueyal) were so sweet, helpful and kind to me and my husband. I brought in a picture of a ring that I desired. They immediately showed me a ring that was almost exactly the same as the one on the picture. When I saw it, it stole my heart. I applied for the Halzberg credit card and was able to leave with my ring the same day! Shortly after, I had arrived, they saw I was perspiring from the walk in the mall. They offered me some water then got a fan for me, to cool me down. I was so happy. My husband came in with me. They gave him a seat to set down. He had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago and the walk was to much for him. They provided him a wheel chair with security guard to push him for me back to the car. They have compassion and concern for their customers needs. I'm really glad I came to Halzberg for the wedding ring that I will wear for the rest of my life. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. You were unforgettable. I will recommend eveyone, even my family. I miss you already!!! ”

“I grew up with my best friend a local independent jeweler and I feel that Delton Hayes Jewelry is exactly that kind of place. The staff is friendly, they can do repairs and they have beautiful merchandise. We have dealt with several people there including the owner and we are always treated well whether it's a watch battery or a major purchase. We started going there when they were recommended by close friends who have been going there for years. I trust them to care for our items and to deal fairly. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy business.”

“Came here to post this experience! I placed an order online for my cousins birthday gift ! When I pulled in I sawe they has curbside pick up and I called. But then decided to go in because I wanted to see if they had anything for my 3 year old daughter. I had her with me as well as my 1 year old son. So I put my daughter in her stroller and put my son in my baby carrier. When I walked in I was struggling to open the door and an elder woman worker saw me and didn't assist me and she was not with a customer. I got so upset because I don't go to stores if my husband is not with me; he was out of town. But when I went to the counter Nick assisted me right away with so much pleasure that made me feel better and asked him if he had anything for my 3 year old daughter and he measured her finger and pulled out the different rings and bracelets. And with his assistance I just decided to get my daughter a ring and bracelets and got the online order. And if it wasn't for Nick I would've just got my online order. And when I was walking another young employee assisted me with opening the door which I appreciate it. And that's why I gave this review a 5, I don't like posting bad reviews so when I do post is for the benefit of the store.”

“I went in just because we was looking for something special for my 8 year old daughter. We went in just to look and found Pandora bracelet. The customer service was great. The ladies took they time to show us a lot of options. We didn’t feel rushed at all. The prices are great. Things weren’t overly priced, I wasn’t pressured into buying anything. I will definitely come back.”
