“Jonathan was so helpful! He should definitely get a raise or promotion. I was probably there for a good three hours maybe more and he patiently and kindly help me set up my new phone, transferred everything over for me, even helped me change my email for my iCloud which had been a bad email for years now, and helped me transfer my very old Apple Watch to my new phone. Plus a slew of other things I needed done. I came in with a laundry list of things I needed done and I left with everything done and a smile on my face!”

John was very professional, he called first and introduced himself before arriving to my apartment, he was on time and he made sure that everything was was working properly before he left, he even hooked up the tv for me and went through the settings without me having a remote, that was very kind and I am so thankful he was the person who came over today, what a blessing.
