“Comfortable, clean rooms, very nice hotel staff and the breakfast was actually good. However, not the hotels fault, but I’m currently laying here at 4 am listening to the LOUD BEEPING OF CONSTRUCTION machines next door. It is very loud and I will move hotels tomorrow because of it. I would like to stay, but night construction next to a hotel sucks. Don’t come here until the construction is done if constant beeping keeps you up- or bring earplugs.”

“I have stayed here 3 times now and it’s been perfect everytime. Love the complimentary snacks. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you would need even for longer stays. Moreover, the pool and gym are a must use as they are kept clean and tidy. My reasoning for the 4 stars is that one of the elevators is always out of service which makes it an unnecessarily long wait.”
“This hotel looks brand new. The entire building and the room was immaculately clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is located super close to the airport and highway too. Our flight left really early in the morning so we could not get the breakfast.”

“This place feels more like you're visiting family than staying at a hotel. Donald, the general manager is a gem. Our robotics team has stayed here from South Carolina 2 years in a row now and we will from now on anytime my family has to come to or pass through the Houston area. We almost hate to leave tomorrow - they've become like family. It's the most hospitable place I have ever stayed in 62 years! Debbie does an impeccable job with the breakfasts and three times a week the evening dinners are family friendly and like coming home. They employ some very 'special' people and are very gracious and patient with teaching them and having them help. EVERYONE was so kind friendly and polite, and you never felt like you were imposing on anyone by asking for something or needing help. They bent over backwards to help our team of over 20 high school teenagers, mentors, and parents, feeding them one night and allowing us to use a conference room and providing small items we had needed or forgotten to enable us to feed the kids several other nights in a row. We were truly blessed by staying here. I have never ever said that I would miss being at a hotel until now, but we will honestly miss these people. They deserve pay raises, bonuses, and blue ribbons for what they do here to make their guests feel at home and like family.PS: Everything was very neat, tidy, and very clean too! ?Nearby activities: Walmart, Sam's club, several grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, and shopping centers located nearby and a plethora of restaurants of every variety. The bonus to this being a pet friendly hotel is that there is a Pet Paradise Doggie Daycare and boarding place right across the parking lot from the hotel, making it very convenient to be able to drop your furry family member off for a day should you wish to go visit the Space Center or take in a game or concert downtown and still have Fido to pick up and snuggle with when you get back to your room.Safety: Two on duty police officers are here every evening, ensuring the safety of the guests throughout the night. We never have encountered or noticed any security problems or reason for concern, however with the hotel's location in such close proximity to the airport, and this being such a big city, the hotel is, thankfully, being proactive in keeping their presence here to prevent any issues from arising.”
“This hotel is GREAT! Staff are super friendly , especially Tranisha at the front desk! She saved me when I arrived late at the airport and the shuttle was not running anymore, she recommended I take Lyft. I don’t use Lyft, in my town it does not exist, and Uber had no rides available. Thanks ? Tranisha!! I will stay here again. The sheets are silky soft too!!”

“Used this hotel while my power was out. The staff is friendly, caring, and polite. Although they had a limited menu for breakfast, it was more than adequate under the circumstances. They had been without power earlier. Hurricane Beryl had knocked trees down and power outages all over the area. The hotel was clean and the beds are comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. Will use them in the future.”
“I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Mesa Palace Inn. I had to make a last minute change to my room accommodations and I saw this place and a "now open" sign, so I decided to check it out. The desk attendant was very nice and let me check in early with no problem. The room was very nice, all new decor, with a sliding "barn door" to the bathroom and an above counter, travertine looking sink. Everything was clean and my stay was quiet. I was very pleased.”

“Staff and management here are fantastic! I found this place after another hotel had a power outage due to severe storm in Houston and I’m so glad I did. Room was pristine clean, there was no noise even though the hotel was full that night. Very safe with monitoring including the parking lot. Also easy access to Houston IAH airport. I will definitely stay again!!!

Deadbolt was really tough to lock, food crumbs on floor in my room, found a few tiny bugs crawling along back of desk as I ate my dinner, and nothing to clean equipment in the gym (multiple empty wipes containers).”

“DO NOT PARK AT THIS PROPERTY!!!We stayed here and parked our car here during a 12 day cruise. On return our catalectic converter was sawed off and we had to drive 180 miles home with ear plugs in. We filed a police report but the hotel manager never responded to our calls (we are still waiting). Do not park here...it cost us over $1,000 to replace....a very expensive mistake. BTW...there are no cameras for the parking are behind the hotel.”

They Do Not Have Breakfast But There Is Unlimited Coffee & Juice.The Managers Man & Woman (Possibly A Husband & Wife Owners Are Extremely Kind & Friendly. I am happy to report that the room was very clean and pretty quiet place overall. $10-12 lyft ride from the airport. Air conditioning was cool, but I don't think the room ever got to the 60° that was registered on the AC unit.”

“I don’t understand how they can let a phone ring and ring for over 30 minutes and not pick up.Right now they’re only dropping off and picking up terminal A and B but they have continuously driven past B without stopping. Had to take a train to get to A. Couldn’t tell the staff because they didn’t pick up the phone.Location is convenient for the airport. Rooms are decent for the price. Wouldn’t stay here if I had a choice.”

“Our flight to DFW was diverted and we had to stay overnight in Houston. We were hungry, frustrated, and tired after a 12hr flight, 2hr wait in baggage claim and another 2hr quest for answers from American Airlines. We were received so well by the reception desk attendee, Neil, was very kind and professional despite being bombarded with many frustrated passengers. Later to find out that this was his first night on the job! We were highly impressed by his composure. Neil is definitely an asset to Sleep Inn, he handle this crowd of frustrated passengers so well on a night that we were in most need of it! Thank you to Neil for making this experience with Sleep Inn exceptional.”

“Not great, but servicable. The room had roaches, and even though I booked a 2 queen room, the beds were doubles. It was clean, except for the shower head, which was scaled over pretty badly. If you have a roller bag, the hall is super loud. However, the guys at the front desk are nice, and the place as a whole looks good.”
