Tried to fill a prescription and was turned away with little explanation. I was told they aren’t filling certain medications, yet it was clear they continue to fill them for some people and not others. There’s no signage in the store explaining this policy, and the interaction felt dismissive. I won’t be back and will encourage looking into this unbalanced policy of helping some people and not others.

I love H-E-B but I will no longer come back to this location I went to self checkout and there was a guy name Rick there I had put something back cause I didn’t want it anymore and he got very mad I said I’m sorry was I not sopost to put that there he didn’t say a word and looked at me very angry

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but my recent visit to HEB was alarming enough to warrant one. Late at night, I stopped by to grab some essentials. What I found was shocking - super moldy bread on the shelves! As a customer, I'm concerned about the health implications of selling spoiled products. Not only is it harmful to customers, but also to HEB workers handling these items. What's equally disturbing is the subpar customer service. Despite my concerns, the workers seemed unconcerned and dismissive. No acknowledgement, no apology - just a curt reminder that the store was closing soon. Three different workers repeated this same response, showing a clear lack of empathy.
I understand it was late, but that's no excuse for poor service. As a paying customer, I expect better. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope HEB takes immediate action to address these issues.

Clean, good shopping, just crowded. The self checkout cashier was not super helpful.

It's a nice store. It's very clean, and the people that work there are very professional. The only problem I had was that my wife bought $200 worth of groceries and nobody even asked her if she wanted help out.(carry out)

OMG. Always shop HEB because of the variety low prices but especially the quick service. I went to the store off North Park Friday night around 8pm. With about 300.00 worth of groceries and they only had 2 lanes open with about 10 per lane. I seen all these workers there normally they are helping move the lines or opening more lanes not tonight after waiting 30 minutes and at least another 30 minutes before I was going to check out I left my cart. I've never been so disappointed
