As a first-time home buyer, the process can be daunting. Mr. Van Meter, rest assured that I will become a home owner by the projected closing date. I went through two other mortgage companies prior, and Guild process was effortless in comparison. The staff ensures to put in equitable or greater work as their clients. Guild sets a standard. The promptness and attentiveness was beyond measure! Highly recommend!
