I feel like yall already don’t have a lot of banks around so if there’s one that’s not available, yall need to put that online or update it on maps cuz there’s no way I drive 40 mins to this bank since it’s closer to my house just to get there and it say that location closed . I’ve never outright been ghosted by a business banker. I guess they have too many small business customers. I’ll take my business checking somewhere else.

I tried to open a business account. I ran into some problems. So I left. A manager named Jaime Vargas reached out to me and resolved my issue with care and attention. Frost consistently provides the best customer service from any bank I’ve used. I highly recommend.
