Unfortunately, the birhtday flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day requested. i tried to locate a local florist and deal with them directly. The site said Flowers of Kingwood so I thought I was dealing directly with this business. However, when I called becasue the delivery was not done, I was told there was some company who gets the orders and send them to florist. I was told the weather had an impact. Once the florist actually searched for my order, they said they would deliver same day. The flowers were beautiful. I had asked if they could make it a little nicer since they missed her birthday. I also told them she likes stargaze lilly so I expected some to be added. They were not.

The Orchids that were sent to my daughter in law are absolutely gorgeous. Trina was so nice and helpful. This was Mother's Day weekend. I ordered this on Saturday morning and Trina managed to get the delivery done by 4:00. This is forever florist.

The staff was very helpful in ordering my sympathy roses for a dear friend who had lost her husband. I ordered from a picture that they had on their website of what I wanted, one dozen red roses for $135 before delivery and tax. They were delivered on time and looked OK not exactly like the picture of what I thought I had ordered but I was OK with it. My friend text me four days later and said thank you for the roses, but I wanted to show you a picture of what they look like after four days. I called to let them know and they told me that they last 3 to 5 days. I've never heard of that usually, it's a week My friend did put them in a much prettier crystal vase that she had, but that should not have made them die. I might would use them again, but I would never order roses

I ordered Flowers for a family member the week before Easter. The Flowers were supposed to be delivered before Easter Sunday. The Flowers were not sent sadly because the Woman in Kingwood Flower shop placed the order for the 6th of April . She failed to look at the appropriate date for The Easter Holiday. Very disappointing and frustrating when you take all that time to order them. You expect they are going to be competent in doing their job! I will not order from this business again!

The Flowers here are always fresh on time & delivered with care.I have used the Humble & Kingwood locations & I always receive beautiful flowers.

I had a $200 bouquet sent for Valentines day that was "designer's choice". the arrangement was sad and very underwhelming. I guess the lesson learned is to not try a new flower shop when it is important to you.

Kingwood Flowers is dependable, customer-oriented and delivers fresh beautiful flowers every single time. I have been very pleased with their responsiveness and the level of care they take to make sure my order is filled satisfactorily. I order mostly online or over the phone, but it is nice to walk into the store and see smiling faces eager to help me make someone’s day a little extra special. Thank you!!

Ordered flowers for my mother and never will use this florist in the future. The arrangement costing $140 + tip was nothing like the arrangement I had picked out. Not even close! The flowers were awful! I would have been better off picking up a bouquet at the local Krogers. It’s such a shame that business scam people out of their hard earned dollar. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered locally in Kingwood. The flowers are beautiful and look just like the advertised arrangement! The arrangement options, details and online ordering process were thorough and easy to navigate. All of which left me confident that the order would be delivered at the correct location and on time.
