Mr. Steven is wonderful, compassionate, and takes pride in his work. I needed to dry clean my father's 20 yr old memorial flag and had a hard time finding a dry cleaner to accept it (due to liability of potentially fading colors). Mr. Steven took on the challenge and did not charge for the flag cleaning service. I also dropped off a coat and jeans, which he cleaned perfectly. I put my trust in him to take care of something very sentimental yet fragile, and he did not let my family down. I can't thank him enough, but I can certainly recommend him to everyone else!

First Cleaners on Kingwood Drive. Up front, between RC's Pizza and Walgreens. This is equal parts review and personal guilt trip. I've been going to First Cleaners for years now, but I recently retired, so I'm going from cleaning 4-5 shirt/pants combos per week to what will probably be less than five per year going forward. Hence the guilt. I'm hoping by posting here, a couple of folks might become customers and replace my business...First Cleaners is family owned and run. They have been in Kingwood for decades. I've been going there for years. The husband and wife who are always there know me, my wife, my mother-in-law. They always ask after my family. Service is fast, efficient and very friendly. I've had thousands of items cleaned there over the years and not one time have I had an item lost or damaged.This place is a model of what a family owned business should be. If you are new to Kingwood and trying to settle on a cleaner or you are looking to switch cleaners, give these folks a chance. I will be very surprised if you are anything other than delighted with the service.

Excellent ! Excellent! Excellent!!! I brought 3 items of clothing here for the first time. My CREAM sweater had an oil stain. The stain was removed & my items look NEW ! Thank you so much First Cleaners for your thoroughness & excellent customer service !!!

I brought my wedding dress in that had a few stains from being a sample dress. They were so fast but thorough and did an amazing job! My dress has a lot of beading work and it came back perfect. Also extremely nice nice to work with. I'll be taking my dress back there again after the wedding.

I don’t have enough words to thank First Cleaners (Mr. Steven) for saving my wedding dress from mold stains 2 months BEFORE my wedding day. After calling Tide Cleaners in Kingwood and being told that NOBODY will be able to fix my dress, I called first cleaners and Mr. Steven told me as a reasonable person (not like Tide Cleaners personnel) come and show me the dress and I’ll tell you what we can do. He gave me hope and he saved it! My dress is like nothing happened. Not only good service but his kindness and faithfulness just made First Cleaners a special place.
