I have waited over four days past the die date for my package and this is ultimately ridiculous that an email was sent 6 MINUTES before the store closes notifying me that my package is ready to be picked up!

I called ahead to make sure I could bring my package with the FedEx QR code for them to scan and print the label for me. Representative on the phone assured me this was something they could do. Showed up and was greeted with a very rude and unfriendly representative and she told me that was not a service the offered. Just a very hostile place and representatives aren’t properly trained in their services or know how to speak or help customers.
