The location I was sent to closed at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50pm and signed in - no one was at the front desk. I waited patiently.
Someone came up opened the window and said, "We're closed for the day." Didn't even greet me much less appear apologetic for the inconvenience I was about to be put through. I explained that the doctor sent me right over. I explained that the doctor told me that they closed at 5pm. She looked at me and said, "It's 4:57." To which I said, "Correct."
She proceeded to tell me that I'd have to come back tomorrow because she wouldn't have time to start everything up again.

First time bringing my mother and J was great! No appointment and she explained everything and was efficient. Original total was over $600 but paying at time of service brought it down to $130. I'd certainly recommend them.

I have been using this lab for over 4 years, actually since I started using Dr. Panja. I never have to wait, even if there is only one person working. Very friendly staff and painless.

There was only one (1) person drawing blood and that is problematic if they have a difficult draw. The person was getting short with her tempermant and could tell they were nervous due to how difficult the draw was. Will make sure there's more than one person IF we go there again. We were referred by our PA but will probably ask for another more popular blood draw company going forward.

In & out within 15minutes. Friendly, professional, no pain. Report easy to read with graph and explanation for each item. Easy to understand.

Fast & efficient! This time I was in and out within 5 minutes and they are very thorough checking the paperwork and labels to make sure there arent any errors. Even if there is a few people in the lobby like there was the last time I went I wasn't there more than 10 minutes.

Awesome people first time I had every had blood drawn. Walked me back and was out in minutes most of the time was answering my questions Again AWESOME. I was back again on Monday 20th for another more specific test, so yes I will recommend and will return if needed.

I wish I could give these people a cero star. Run do not come here. Super rude and they take patients until 4:30pm when online it says they close at 5pm. Really bad experience. Lazy people.
