Courtney was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond and was a breath of fresh air compared to other banking experiences I've had in my life. She was very welcoming to myself, my wife and our kids. She made the process simple and personally called to follow up. Thank you!

Megan Voltmann was more than a client could ask for! She is informative, personable, patient and determined to help! I enjoyed my experience opening an account with her even with a few bumps (that were out of her control) along the way. I sincerely hope she gets a pay raise! She is the best!

Chase Bank at 1075 Kingwood Dr Kingwood,Texas has exceeded all my expectations. The manager Rhoda Herczeg went above and beyond to help me with a banking issue my grandson was having. Rhoda called with suggestions that will help in his future banking. She genuinely cares about her clients which is hard to find in this day and age. I want to thank Chase Bank for having such a wonderful person Rhoda Herczeg. Thank you again Rhoda for helping my grandson, we truly appreciate all you did.

My first encounter at this branch was very negative. The rep didn't even take the time to see or even talk to me about the documents I had to open an estate account I left frustrated & angry! I have never had an "issue" with Chase I figure all organizations have " those less then helpful employees" So I decided to return and speak to branch manager. Rhonda Herczeg is the branch manager She heard my concerns and couldn't have been more helpful and she is very personable. She introduced me to Leon Gonzalez, who was so nice and assisted me with opening an estate account Since I was dealing with an estate they also introduced me to Dana Thompson, VP-investments I was also dealing with the brokerage side of JP Morgan Chase Dana handled the "paperwork" needed. Rhonda, Leon & Dana are all great, so helpful and it is obvious they are there to assist clients Just unfortunate that my first encounter was with someone that appeared that he had NO concept of "customer service" JL

Bad customer service. Went to go make a store deposit. Approached teller with smile and friendliness. The teller was very dull and dry towards me frowning the whole time. Looked at the money order for the store and immediately just told me she couldnt do anything with them cause they weren't signed on front, even though they were endorsed on the back. I just wish she could've said it in a nicer way instead of just dismissing me and brushing me off so she could help the next person in line which btw she seemed way more enthusiastic about helping out. Will go to a different chase from now on

1 person helping customers. 5 private client employees sitting at their desks doing nothing. 1 teller during with 6-8 people in line. The bank is more interested in getting private clients to invest their money with than helping banking customers with deposits and other stuff. We have a small business and need change and other stuff not able to get at a machine.

Chase bank is horrible. I'm traveling today and I need to talk to someone IN KINGWOOD according to the Chase call center. I've called 40 tomes...no answer. What a way to run a business! May the sewers of kingwood back up into your rice krispies.
