  Very bad information, they are people
  They play with other people's time as they want, they don't give you a solution to anything.
  My advice is not to open an account with Chase since they do not give complete information so why make an appointment if they do not provide a solution.

  Today I went to this agency because I needed to do something. I told the cashier if she could lend me the bathroom and she told me that the bank's bathrooms are not public. It's a shame that this agency doesn't have a public bathroom for its clients when it is a institution where many clients arrive every day should improve

  Sep 3. Both outside ATMs aren't working. All the ATMs in the kingwood area aren't working
