“My daughter and I went to this dealership on Saturday evening. We had a specific vehicle in mind so we walked the lot looking for it. As we were walking the lot we were approached by a salesman name Darian Ward. He kindly asked us if we needed assistance and after we said yes, he did just that. He found several options of the vehicle and model that we were looking for. He patiently and thoroughly went through each feature on each vehicle and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. I know you're reading this and saying, that's his job and yes while those things are his job, this young man did those things w/ a great attitude and a friendly smile. He never treated us like a commission check. In fact, this dealership didn't have the color that my daughter wants so Mr. Ward searched to find the dealership that does. Instead of turning his head he decided assisting my daughter w/ her 1st vehicle purchase was more important. I appreciate him and all his efforts! “I highly recommend Tim. He took my call at 4:45pm and I was at his shop in 30 minutes. He dropped his office work and unplugged my sunroof drain immediately. He attempted to repair my sunroof motor, but provided good advice instead. He spent 45 minutes working past his 6pm closing time. He offered no charge, but I gave him a good tip instead. He could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable in my time of need! ??”

“Jiffy Lube ALWAYS does my family right. My daughter has a 2001 Ford Edge and it needed a new alternator put on. Joe (the manager) and his crew set out a few weeks back to replace the alternator with a reman unit. Well after the initial repair, the car still acted funny. Losing power. Joe had figured out that it might need an actual OEM Ford alternator, sourced one for us, and installed it once it had arrived in stock. Always choose to go see Joe and his crew at Jiffy Lube for my basic car care needs. Excellent customer service and top notch care.”

“This place is great, they get really busy but they get through all their work efficiently. It doesn’t matter what I bring my vehicles in for, oil change, inspection, repairs, they get it done quick and a lot cheaper than the dealer. Kingwood Service probably has better workmanship as well.”
