Sign says “Back open in 15 minutes” it has been 30 minutes and there are 2 staff members inside talking to each other and they one is talking on the phone. Like bruh I just wanna get some ramen. This place is supposed to be 24/7

Old Hispanic lady working for Laredo taco is very rude. Not friendly and acts like she doesn't want to be there. Ordered two tacos and it seemed like it pissed her off.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I'm a short person and they are always glad to help me reach items on the top shelf. I do wish however, that they would get more of the Electrolit hibiscus flavor.

I went out of my way to come to the 7-Eleven because I needed to load my chime card. And they tell me they don’t load prepaid cards anymore. This is really misleading because from what I was told all 7-Eleven’s loaded them so now I’ve made a trip out of my way for nothing. 711 should really hold Independent stores holding their flag to a better standard plus store was very nasty

Not sure why I continue to go into the store. It's so poorly run litter and debris all over. A manager is badly needed, pulled up to pump 12 pump does not operate. This is very normal at this gas station with a diesel spill in that lane, went to buy my wife two packs of cigarettes it said to remove my card, and the lady chased me down saying that the thing did not process! This place needs a good scrubbing from head to toe their concessions the food are horrible There was a scruffy old guy with no shave behind the counterI wonder if he was the manager he needs the boot!

this place sucks!! i order from here and they got all the WRONG STUFF SO DISAPPOINTED in this store i hope they get shut down this store suck in general there food is so undercooked they don't care about there customers at all!! THEY JUST CARE IF THEY ARE GETTING PAID!!

I will never come back to this 7- Eleven again, Terry the customer service man, is so rude. I was very respectfully to him when I paid for my gas in cash, the pump was pumping slow .I ask for my money back, he told me No, I can switch you to another pump.What part you don't understand when a person Ask you for there money, you suppose to give it back in the form that they paid. He told me I can't get my money til a manager come in the morning.. Customer service Terry, not arguing with a customer because your pump having a issue.Just give the customer back there money and go back to Cali with that one, this the South.

This is just your normal convenience store. Nothing real special. The taco stand, in our experience, was really good. The staff that helped us was very nice. We went here multiple times for breakfast and things. I did take a star off for 2 days of not having any ice. Gotta get that ice man coming by more frequently.
